Fixing only electric water heater, storage type steel inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, PVC connection, piece till stop valve complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge etc. (Note:- Electric water heater shall be issued under Sch'B' free for fixing).

Supply and fixing fancy type Bib tap of cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe of 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions of dia 15mm, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge .

M&L submain wiring with 2 runs of copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volt grade 4 sqmm drawn through PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked 25mm dia as per IS specification fixed concealed in wall/ceiling including conduit and conduit accessories and incl provn of PVC insulated 2.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor connected to earth dolly all as specified including dismantling old sub main wiring and making good to the disturbed surface by plastering and two coats of distamper complete all as specified and directed. Note : Two runs of 4 sqmm cable alongwith one run of 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as earth wire, and conduit accessories shall be measured as single unit length).

Supply and fix Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 A 240 V complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge

S&F GI Pipe medium grade 20mm size fixing in wall with clamps,nut,bolts etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of copper strip of size 20 X 3.15mm on PVC/porcelain insulator at suitable distance with saddles and fixing screw etc for roof/wall conductors and down conductors above ground, all joints of copper strip should be brazed properly complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only voltage stablizer for automatic operation single phase air cooled indoor type input variation 150 V to 290 V with output voltage stablizer at 230 V, wall mounting of capacity 4 KVA, complete all as specifed and directed. Note:- Voltage Stabilizer shall be issued under Sch'B' free for fixing.

M&L for sub main wiring (surface) two single core 6 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor, FR, PVC insulated, unsheathed cable, ISI marked, 20 mm dia rigid PVC cocnduit for submain wiring including 4 Sqmm FR PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor as earth wire and making good the disturbed surface to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Two runs of 6 Sqmm copper conductor cable one run of 4 Sqmm copper conductor and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length.

Contract Amount shall be derived after deducting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 16 of tender documents.
