PCC ROAD/ HARDSTANDING/ RCC CULVERT M&L for Providing and laying 150mm thick dry lean concrete (DLC) over a prepared subgrade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, size of aggregate not exc 40 mm (grading and other parameters as per table 600-1 of MORTH, IRC SP 49 specification), design mix (minium cement content shall not be less than 200Kg/Cum) with 7 days compressive strength as 10N/Sqmm mixed in fully automatic computerized concrete batching plant, transported to site laid with sensor paver including spreading and compated by using 8 to 10 tonne vibratory roller including necessry formwork finishing etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 150 mm (compacted thickness) GSB-I of table 400-1 of Morth , IRC Specification, spreading in layers n. exc 15 cm thick,watering,ramming/rolling by tandem vibratory roller and finishing for achive field compection at least to 98% of MDD (Maximum Dry Density) of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge.

M&L for Providing and laying controlled quality cement concrete of minimum field flexural strength after 28 days 40Kg/Sqcm (Lower control limit - LCL) in pavement slab (thickness for slab 150 mm) with crushed stone aggregate including necessary form work, compacting, curing and brooming etc of slab along the joints and finishing surface of concrete pavement by belting and brooming without using cement content 350 kg/ cum (exact quantity to be as per Design Mix) complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge

Supply and laying of polythene film, black in colour, 400 micron thick, laid in floor complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for Forming 20mm thick Expansion joint for full depth of PQC / Quality Controlled Concrete with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam back up rod of 30mm dia, 25mm thick pre-moulded compressible filler board priming to 16mm with approved primer and filling with poly-urethane / polysulphide based sealant, applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant all as per the direction of the manufacturer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Forming dummy/contraction joint using diamond cutter with initial saw cut with 3mm blade soon after concrete sets for the depth of 100mm. Widening the first saw cut to 6 mm wide and 24mm deep from top priming top 15mm with approved primer, applying masking tape on edges of joint to pavement accidental spillage of sealant and filling with polyurethane/polysulphide based sealant to closed cell. Medium density, cress linked polyethylene foam back up rod of 8mm dia, for complete width of the joint, and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant and as specified and as per the directions of the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming Construction joint 28mm deep x 10mm wide using diamond cutter with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam back up rod of 12mm dia, for complete width of the joint, priming to 15mm with specified primer and filling with polyurethane/polysulphide based sealant, applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant and as specified and as per the directions of the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL M&L for RCC Soakage wells of size 2.25 M dia X 4.80 M deep, excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, wells of honey combed and solid in M-25 concrete, including intercepting chamber, screen chamber made of brick work in CM 1:4, RCC cover slab in M-25/ RR masonry/ filling with brick bats, complete all shown on drawing and as specified and directed.

Note : Contractor shall provide cable lugs and gland of suitable size for connecting cable in junction box.

M&L for street light bracket (suitable for street light fittings in poles) upto 1.5 RM , make out of GI pipe of light grade up to 40mm dia proper shaped, bend, threaded and drilling holes for wire entry and MS clamps (02 Nos) of suitable size in proper shape and sized all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge.

M&L for PVC insulated three core 2.5 sqmm multistrand copper conductor for connection of Security light from junction box to Security light all complete as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for shifting and commissioning of existing 315 KVA transformer from existing plinth foundation to proposed site including construction of necessary platform of size 3.5x3.5x1.0 Mtr along with ramp and Chain link and fencing including of channel , angle, tee , section all as specified and directed by Engr in charge Note- (a) For shifting of transformer all the tools and plants and other accessories are to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (b) No damage should be done during shifting of transformer and if done shall be rectified by the contractor at his own cost. (c) Rates are including of shifting and construction of platform for mounting of transformer. (d) Rates of Chain link and fencing, channel , angle, tee shall be measured and paid separately in respective items.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology for passing the GI/HDPE pipe using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing 4 Pole MCCB 40 Amp, 50 Hz, 415 V with rupturing capacity 25 KA, to be Fixed in Existing Panels complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,installation,commissioning and testing of ( 1 LBS+2 VCB) 3 way RMU, extendible, motorized, outdoor type of rating 630 A aluminium busbar with a fault clearing capacity of 21 KA for 3 Sec, rated voltage 12 KV, operational voltage – 11 KV, frequency- 50 Hz, totally enclosed Ring Main Unit with IP 67 protection for SF6 tank and IP 55 protection for outdoor enclosure with self-powered microprocessor based numerical relay with over current and earth fault protection. DG SET Supply installation, testing and commissioning of silent diesel driven engine generating set with acoustic enclosure and outdoor AMF Panel of capacity 320 KVA /256 KW with liquid cooled engine 400 HP at 1500 RPM brushless frame heavy duty industrial type complete with all standard engine accessories including alternator coupled with engine and control panel with all other electrical components, fuel tank with level indicators (fuel tank with capacity for full load non stop 08 hours running of generating set), base frame coupling, RPM meter, hour meter, temperature gauge meter starting lead acid batteris of 12 Volts, two Nos, single initial changed, battery of capacity 180 Amp Hour including suitable size of copper cable with terminal leads, self starter 24 Volts, Alternator 24 Volts with ampere meter and all other mountings and accessories such as silence exhaust pipe wrapped with best quality asbestos rope including complete testing on 100% load for DG set including necessary PCC foundation of suitable size complete all as specified here-in-after and as directed. (I) ENGINE (a) General: Suitable four stroke compressed ignition, 400 BHP, 1500 rpm, radiator liquid cooled, continuous duty with 10% overload capacity for any one hour in 12 hours running, 50°C intake air temperature. The prime mover provided should be as per IS specifications. (b) Air intake system : Should comprise of dry type intake air filter mounted on engine, one in number vacuum indicator mounted on intake piping. Contd.....

Contd.. from serial item No. 60.00 (c) Exhaust System: Should comprise of one exhaust manifold, dry type, mounted on engine, one exhaust silencer which should be positioned in such a way that the exhaust gas is not sucked by the fan on the radiator, thereby affecting the cooling system. The silencer should cater to the noise level tolerance prescribed in the relevant IS/BS. The silencer should be provided with flaps with a provision so that it will open only when the generator is running. The complete exhaust system shall be properly supported so that entire lot of the exhaust system shall not fall on the DG Set. (d) Fuel System: Should comprise of disposal type element fuel filter, pressure type fuel pump mounted on engine, non return check valve in fuel supply and drain lines, wire braided hose between filter and pump, electronically controlled fuel system with EFC control with digital electronic governor and engine mounted actuator. The fuel tank must have proper locking arrangement. (e) Cooling System: Should comprise of radiator with 7 PSI pressure cap mounted on base rail. The thermostat installed in the engine coolant outlet, fresh water pump mounted on engine, fan and fan hub mounted on engine. A reservoir of 50% of radiator capacity to replenish coolant by gravity (as and when required) is also to be provided (f) Lubricating System: Should comprise of lubricating oil sump mounted on engine, gear driven lub oil pump mounted on engine, lubricating oil cooler-fresh water cooled integral with engine cool out circuit mounted on engine, oil filter lubricating with cap and lubricating oil dip stick for oil level check mounted on engine. The system should be capable of feeding lube oil to the main end & large end bearings, cam shaft, valve rocker gear and all moving parts. (g) Starting System: Should comprise of suitable voltage DC electrical starter mounted on engine, with suitable maintenance free batteries to be mounted in trays (having rubber insulation) on the main frame with in-built charging unit. It should have the provision to charge the battery from external sources during static condition and while running of the generator. Contd.....

Contd.. from serial item No. 60.00 (II) AC Generator : The generator shall be horizontal and foot mounted, 320 KVA, 415 Volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 0.8 PF, 50 HZ, self excited, self regulated, brushless AC generator, suitable for an ambient temperature of 50° C with IP-21 enclosure class H insulation and temperature rise limited to class H as per following technical details (i) Type, Brush less AC Generators (ii) Output rating 320 KVA (iii) Output Voltage: 415 ± 1.5% under all loading conditions. (iv) Output frequency 50Hz ±1% up to 0.8 lagging. (v) No of Phases: 3 phase with 01 Neutral (4 wire) (vi) Mounting : Horizontal foot mounted. vii) Enclosure : Minimum IP-21 ICO/ Drip proof and screen protected. (viii) Digital automatic voltage regulator. (ix) Class of insulation-'H' (x) Ambient operating temperature : up to + 30° C Note: Following shall be deemed to be included in cost quoted:- (i) Suitable RCC platform of size as required for outdoor installation with height as required at site to mount the generator as per manufacturer's recommendations. (ii) Disconnecting existing cables, from existing panels and connecting cables, cables glands, cable lugs to new panel complete with all necessary accessories. (iii) Install on the foundation, connecting fuel lines, cable etc. (iv) Test and commissioning complete (v) The cost of servicing including minor repair/ replacement such as topping up of coolant, engine/ lub oil, diesel as well as lub oil filters including periodical checking of complete DG set for for a period of one year or 500 running hours whichever is early. Note:- Schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part- XIV) amount of Rs 2,02,973.00 shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
