Daily sweeping cleaning in open surface premises, outside roads, building surrounding area, open space in side hospital building, cycle stand area and other misc. Area thorough dry brooming and removal and collected garbage and undesireable vegitations of surrounding area as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge complete.

Daily house keeping and cleaning, brooming and wet cleaing (mopping) complete on daily basis of all rooms, wards, corridors, cabins, ICU, as per the instructlion of E/I. The work also includes collection of garbage from all rooms, wards etc. and disposal of the same upto a place from where it can be carried out by mechanical transport. The item includes cost of phenyl, broom, cloth, cost of labour T&P etc. complete.(Engage Two menpower per Shift i.e. from 7AM to 2PM & 2PM to 10PM).For all Sunday & PH

Daily house keeping i.e. dry & wet cleaning of toilets on daily basis including cost of phenyl, harpic, detergent, napthalene balls, acid, brooms, cloth, cost of labour, T&P etc as per instruction of E/I. (For all Sunday & PH )

Cleaning of drains, connecting drains (all types of drain) including taking out the sludge and other waste materials, cleaning grass inside and top of the drains etc. complete in the colony (once in Fortnightly)

Cleaning of septic tanks by mechanical with all safety measures removal liquid including removal of cover and refixing the same, digging pit at suitable places and disposal of sewerage, sludge, covering the same with soil as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete.. Septic tank of 20 Users No manual cleaning will be allowed. (Work to be done by mechanical means using all safety measures as per prevailing act.

Cleaning of inspection chamber including removal of slab, cleaning of soil pipe from WC pan to chamber, rodding, taking out waste and sludge including disposal of sludge etc. complete.

Collection and removal of garbage, waste and unwanted vegetation and stacking at suitable places as per instruction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete. (once in fortnight)

Removal of dead bodies of aminals including burrying them at suitable place as per instruction of EIC. Cats and Dogs.

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Carriage of materials by mechanical transporation including loading, unloading and stacking. (A) Mannure or sludge for a lead upto 2 km

Maintenance of old pre-developed grass lawn, hedges, potted plants, plants in garden of Main Hospital in all seasons including cutting, moving, veeding, watering, manuring, replacing damaged plants, levelling etc. tools, tackels, consumable labours manure and pesticides etc. as required time to ltime as per actual expertise, so that during the contract period any time lawn, hedges, plants should look healthy, well kept, well groomed, clean fresh and pleasing to eyes. Total 02 (Two) labours are to be deployed per day. Scope of Work:- Maintenance of lawn grass/ carpet grass, hedges, plants in pots/ beds and seasonal flowers in all seasons.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 1 km (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cow dung manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 1 km (Cow dung manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for payment)

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge..

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and / or good earth in required thickness as per direction of Officer-in-charge (Cost of sludge, dump manure and / or good earth to be paid separately).

Edging with bricks laid dry length wise, including required excavation, refilling, consolidating with hand packing and spreading surplus earth neatly within a lead of 50 m : Common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Supply of hybrid seasonal flower plants in polybags in winter season like marigold, petunia, salvia, gagenia, penzy, dainthus, flox, dahlia etc

Supply of hybrid seasonal flower plants in polybags in summer season like pentas, portulaka, cosmos etc

Assistance required for maintaining cleanliness, house keeping, etc. working as attendant as per direction of CMO of Main Hospital, Korba. Total 10 (Ten) labours are to be deployed per day.

Trimming the trees by cutting the branches and disposal of the same outside the building campus as per instruction of the EIC.
