Earth Work excavation in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, ordinary earth, earth mix with 50% fair sized boulders etc., with initial lead and lifts including laying, spreading, levelling, sectioning breaking clods etc., including all incidental charges etc. complete as per standard specification.(For Foundations SS 20B )

Providing Plain Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (one cement foursand and Eight Coarse aggregate)) using 40mm ISS gauge size hard broken including cost conveyance of all materisl to site including labour charges, transporting and placing in postion including labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curring etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying & Erecting RCC centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items (For all R.C.C Works )including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification A.Column

Supplying and Fabrication and placing in position of TMT bars for all RCC works with cost of binding wire and cost of cutting, bending ,tying in position including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - a.upto basement

b.basement + 1st Lift

Brick work in Cement Mortar in 1:5 ( One cement and Five Sand ) using best quality of Stock bricks 2nd class of size 9x 41/2 x 3 including all cost of materials and labour charges including Curing charges etc., complete as per Standard Specification. Above basement

Plastering c.m 1:5 (one cement and five sand) mix to a thick of 12mm using clean screened sand and including the cost of curing for 15 days from the completion of work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc complete complying as per MORTH Specifications. TNDSS No.56 & 57

Painting the new walls two coats over one coat of priming with best Emulsion paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting the Old walls two coats over one coat of priming with best Emulsion paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing of M.S.grill of approved design for doors. Windows and ventilators using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outermembers which should be fixed to window frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting two coats new iron work for doors, windows and ventilators using iron bars, window grills weld mesh screen in opt courtyard etc., with two coat synthetic enamel paint and approved quality and color including priming coat in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:3 Mix (one cement, Three sand ) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. complying with std. specifications

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15cm dia- meter blue-gum posts or casurina posts or best quality bamboo posts of 4m overall length (3m height + 0.5m. in to the ground +0.5m projection) the distance between the two rows being 1.25m, and the spacing of posts being 2m, in both the rows with two horizantal posts with 0.5m overlap on either side and braces at 2m, c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm, thick and 1m width, etc., in a complete form using coir and nails - 1m. Second Level @ 3.00 - 5.50 M above GL

Third Level @ 5.50 M - 8.00 above GL

Fourth Level @ 8.00 M - 10.50 above GL

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one part cement, two part sand and four part of aggrigate) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.
