Demolishing of Existing OHSR

Demolishing of existing unserviceable OHSR of capacity 110 KL and 15 Mtr. Staging with all safety measures by any method suitable according to site for all lead and lift. This work includes removal and transprotation of RCC rubbish from site to the dumping ground as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The work demolishing including demolishing of all type of RCC work, demolishing stone masonary and CC work, cutting of reinforcement, separating reinforcement from rubbish, dismantling steel work including GI/MS railing, dismantling CI/GI inlet, outlet, overflow and washout piping with paddle collar, dismantling of CI/GI pipes pieces or sluice valve at ground level with care for all type of lift and safety measure. complete work in all respect. All scrap material will be deposit in l store.

Part-B2 - For Mechanical and Electrical Equipment & Accessories

Part - i - Pump sets Supply installaion of couple pumping motor pump sets (centrifugel/Monoblock) made of stainless steeel (Lvsu ysl Lvhy) body of minimum 5 Star rating high efficiently (from buero of energy efficiency) as per IS : 8034-1989 of approved made or equivalent of stainless steel body only, making connection suitable for pumping. The job includes screwing & welding of flanges on GI riser pipes/HDPE ISI Marked with synthetic rope, installation of complete fittings & accessories wiht riser pipes, jointing of electrical cables and other connection making switch board electrical connection all labour for testing of Monoblock/Centrifugal pump set and supply of water to water mains, complete in all respect :-

Provision of 12.5 KW- 13.89 lps and 35 mtr head - 2 no. number centrifugal / monoblock pumps at CWR.(PUMP NO.01)

Provision of 7.5 KW- 6.94 lps and 36 mtr head - 2 no. number centrifugal / monoblock pumps at CWR.(PUMP NO.02)

Provision providing and installation of pump sets including EMI (flow meter, sluice valve, suction and delevery pipes, non return valves, dismentaling joints, pressure guage) and civil work.

Provision for electric panel with FASD starter etc.
