M.S or Iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in and an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary of the work and including the suply of steel and its wastage bend, hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured upto floor to level. (As per Analysis of Rate)

M-150 Brick work in 1:4 Cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants, etc. required for proper completion of the work add extra to item No.1 to 4 above for super structure above plinth level upto floor five level including necessary cutting and moulding of brick work as required and also including honey combed brick work in thickness of wall more than 12cm( PWD SOR 2025-26, chapter-5, SI No. 2+5)

12 mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & fine sand ( Dholpur sand Not less than in 1.25 FM) of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level...... All complete.(PWD/SOR 2025-26 Chapter No-07 SI No. 2)

Earth work in filling in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form regular pits note excluding 0.5M in depth and earth work embankment to be in 20 Cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required slows and also including 1.5M, lift and 30 M lead in all complete. site up to 10 km distance.(As per Analysis of Rate)
