Schedule-A

Dismantling of existing roof Tile/ roof treatment from roof and parapet of any description and romoving the rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning top surfaces by brooming, wire brushing, removing grass, raking out joints to receive plaster and removing debris, grass etc outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 1. Plaster shall be measured and separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’. 2.Rate of this item is inclusive of diconnect fitment at water tank or solar heater etc and refixing in the same position after compeleting of roof treatment. 3. Repairs of any damage of fitment during taking down such as lighting arrester strips / water line fitting / solar panel fitting will be inclusive in the quoted rate.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, roof padding, benching, bed block, window cills etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down Cement Plaster from wall and ceiling of any description from Brick/concrete surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plastering by using manufacture sand in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete surfaces of roof and parapet, mixed with water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement (Including 4 Story building) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply only water proofing liquid compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. :Make : DR. FIXIT PIDE PROOF LW, CICO, FOSROC.

M&L for water proofing treatment of roof consisting as under:- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30 litre/sqm including preparation of roof surfaces (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm on plaster surface all as specified. (c) A layer of 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.00 kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/sqm), duly sealed at over laps & joints with end laps of the 10cm and side over laps of 7.5cm by flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered walls surface and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic of approved colour over a coat of primer including 1 to 2 mm thick birla putty punning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make-Asian (Apex Ultima) paints/Berger (Whether coat long life) including necessary scaffolding upto 4th floor.

S&F Galvanised Steel Water Tubing 20mm Bore (dia), ‘Medium Grade’ with all Fittings, fixed on Walls, Ceiling or laid in Floors or any other Situation with suitable size of clamps including Taking up or down unserviceable Steel Water Tubing with Fittings and Connections, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanised Steel Water Tubing 25mm Bore (dia), ‘Medium Grade’ with all Fittings, fixed on Walls, Ceiling or laid in Floors or any other Situation with suitable size of clamps including Taking up or down unserviceable Steel Water Tubing with Fittings and Connections, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 500 ltrs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top 3 layer) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Fixing only in repair up to 1000 ltrs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks including taking down cleaning hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

S&F in repairs 20mm dia bore PTMT ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed to tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F 20 mm Bore Gun metal globe/gate half turn valves with iron lever, screwed both ends fixed-in-repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F for 25 mm Bore Gun metal globe/gate half turn valves with iron lever, screwed both ends fixed-in-repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Removal of debris/malwa to a distance exc 10Km but n exc 15 Km and depositing out side the MD land in low lying area complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-Charge.

S&F polyester powder coated aluminium frame/chowkhat for window/ ventilator of section 63.5x38.1 mm of 16 guage fixed in brick masonery or conrcrete work by necessary drilling and rawl plug aggangement etc incl S&F polyster powder coated of any colour anodised aluminium window & ventilator shutters side hung type without sash bars aluminium with section 44.4x44.4mm of 16 guage including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubbers packing powder coated anodised aluminium snap beading, screw, powder coated aluminium anodised fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1Nos), Hinges type B-21 100mm long (2Nos) suitable handle 1 Nos complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth with 8% nickle . 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staple complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Note The amount of Rs 1,710.00/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No 130 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance
