Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil, all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas (exceeding 1.5m width), n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil, all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plum concrete in retaining walls etc. including plums of stone boulders (Basalt, trap or any other approved) of size 200 to 300mm, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Boulders measured and paid separately in respective item)

Supply only boulders exceeding 20cm and upto 30cm dia (Basalt, trap or any other approved) of size 200 to 300mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) in coping, bed plates, parepet, plinth course including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, as in weep holes, all as specified and directed.

M&L for hand packing using broken stone or boulders exceeding 15cm and upto 30cm dia (any thickness) at back of retaining walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft / loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm by hand roller to 90% to 95% of standard protcers density under OMC, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for approved earth outside Ministry of Defence land in general area or Singtam forest range (Necessary permission should obtaion in Contractor cost) including all leads and lifts including segragation including filling in, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm by hand roller / power roller to 90% to 95% of standard protcers density under OMC, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates in beams / band, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span, complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter flat rough finished surface of concrete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete(1:3:6), type C-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, plinth protection, hard standing, paving etc. including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore using broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of geosynthetic material 75mm dia as in weep holes cover, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete(1:3:6), type C-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds mitered / stopped ends etc., all as specified and directed.
