Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 2 TON Capacity Single Girder Goliath Gantry Electric Overhead Travel Crane having Span of 18-19 Mtrs, each Crane complete in all respects, including design, manufacture, supply, erecting, alignment, testing and commissioning as directed by Engr-in-Charge Including following specification:- (a) Capacity ( Safe Working Load ) : 2 Ton (b) Span: 18 to 19 Mtrs. (Approx.) (c) Lift : upto 5 Mtrs. : (Approx.) (s) Long Travel Length 40 Mtr: Mannual push pull type Note:- (i) Load testing :- Load testing at site up to rated capacity of crane shall be carried out by the contractor. (ii) Lubricants:- Gear oil, grease, transformer oil at the time of trial of the crane will be arranged by the contractor (all include in quoted rate only). (iii) Suitable Guide Rail, its Laying on floor and other miscellaneous items require for EOT crane are included in quoted rate only. (iv) EOT Crane drawing shall be approved by GE and user before placing of purchase order. (v) All lubricant consumable and minor civil works required for installation shall be carried out by the contractor. (vi) Trail run, commissioning and handling shall be carried out by the contracotr. (vii) All items required for complete functioning & crane are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (viii) Buffers/stoppers at ends of travel. (ix) Overload protection device. (x) Limit Switcher : for hosting, cross travel and long travel emergency stop push button. XI In case of power failure, Manual Load lifting and lowering mechanism should be provided over and above existing electrical mechanism

Supply, laying and testing of XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50.0 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe with outer wall for being corrugated impacts, excellent ring stiffness (compression strength ) and inner wall for smooth allowing easy insertion of Cable in orange colour with and External influence (IP-66/67) with governing Specification IS 16205:Part 24:2017 of size 90mm/76mm(outer dia/inner dia) for protection of Cable in ducts/walls/pole etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n. exc.1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation of pole and laying of LT cable as in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and wall ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground leel, connecting to the Galvanised earthing lead strip 32x6mm size, by means of bolts, nuts, heck nuts and washers of galvanized iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 65mm bore incl provision of concrete pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt & charcoal filling, test point made out of 40mm x 8mm FI with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs, all as per electrical plate No 5 of SSR-1991 Part I and connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated incl testing on completion. Note:- The required resistance of Earthing shall be 2 ohm or less than 2 ohm, If not found to the required resisstance, the contractor has to reorganised for required resistance and the cost for the same included in the quoted rate and no extra shall be paid on failure of getting required resistance.

Supply, installing and testing of LT switch gear control panel board 440 volt AC 3 phase, 4 wire for out door installation " KIOSK TYPE" with sloping canopy fabricated out of steel sections i.e., CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick, angle/channel and flat iron sections of suitable size with opening on front, door in two halves fitted with handle and bolts for pad lock. The panel door shutters fixed with stainless steel hinges, heavy duty and with door stoppers. The door opening shall not be less than 150 degree. The construction of panel board shall be dust, vermin proof, IP 65 standard with phosphatised powder coating painting externally and internally to protect against corrosion. The panel shall be mounted on suitable size of channel section having ground clearance 60 cms from grouting bolts, conforming to IEC 60 439 complete duly incorporated with following accessories :- (a) Bus bar chamber with electrolytic grade aluminium strip with heat shrinkable sleeves with colour code supported on epoxy resin based insulators 4 strip of suitable length for current rating min 250 Amps (b) MCCB 4 pole 415 VAC, current rating 100 Amps breaking cap 16 KA at 415 volts= 01 No (Incoming) (c) MCCB 4 pole 415 VAC, current rating 63 Amps breaking cap 16 KA at 415 volts= 02 Nos (outgoing) (d) Multi function meter with KWH, voltage, Amp, frequency meter as per incoming load with CTs of suitable rating. Make AE/L&T/Havells (e) Indicator lamp RYB- 01 Set Note :- (i) The quoted rate shall include minor items such as screws, cable tie, copper cable 1.5/2.5 Sqmm, glands, lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, provision of extra holes in bus bar etc. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLSH cable conforming to IS-694. (iii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge and GE. (iv) The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. (v) Cost of marking description and matter on the front door as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge is incl in quoted rate.
