preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or by steel wire brushes, scraping down smoke spots, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc. and applying one coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 1 above but on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer including preparation and complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls,tint and shade approved and complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

All as per ser item No 1 above but applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper on walls, tint and shade as approved and complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing integral water proofing compound in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Plastering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces of Ceilings, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer including preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, tint and shade approved and complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

applying 1 mm thick layer of wall putty on walls to give uniform surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Before applying of wall care putty, Complete removing of treatment as directed and approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Applying two coats of cement base paint on walls including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Applying three coats of white washing on ceiling including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Applying one coat of cement base paint on old decorated plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 14 above but two coats on old decorated surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note - Second coat should be applied after 24 hours of carring out first coat.

Preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of any description and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old/painted wood or wood based surface of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth including knotting and stopping and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surface of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed .

Hacking out old broken glass panes (any thickness size, quality or description) from wooden or steel frames including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips complete all as specified and directed.

3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in squares not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 20 above but Pin headed glass complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting down the plants/trees of grith not exceeding 15 cm from roof tops/sides of external walls of bldg chajja walls junctions at junctions of rain water/CI waste water pipe junctions including taking out the roots entered in wall/slab surfaces using PCC (1:2:4) B or cement mortar (1:2) and making good the surfaces including repairing the GI/ CI/PVC pipe joints which was affected due to cutting/taking out process and making good to suit the adjoining surfaces shall be carried out with necessary scafolding/ staging etc. upto a height exceeding 3.50 m and not exceeding 7 m from the ground level complete all as directed and specified.

Note : (i) Periodical carried out up to 30' height with scafolding and necessary safety precatution (Helmet, Seat belt & Jacket). (ii) During periodical all material/ floor/furniture etc covered with polythene/terpoline. Floor cleaned with water. (iii) Covid pracatution taken by Contractor/Supervisor and labour as per direction of Engr-in-Charge time to time. (iv) Contractor shall bring special tools, plants and equipment as required and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (v) If contractor fail any above (i) to (iii) conditions, contractor will charged penalty Rs. 500/- per day per complaints. (vi) In any case of dispute decision of Accepting Officer shall be final and binding.
