(j) Power supply : AC 415/ 440 Volts, 3 phase, 50 Cycles. (k) Auxiliary supply : 230V, AC supply ( Single phase )

Size of Lift Car inside : 1350mm width X1300mm X 2200mm(MM Wide * MM Depth * MM Height) b. Design of lift car: pre - coated Steel Grey & Blue. c. Car ceiling : Sleek (Small circular Lights). d. Car floor : Grey- 20mm Reccess. e. Car fittings : Stainless steel illuminating push button and 7 segments digital position indicator and overload indicator, 220V A/C electric fan 300mm swing, CFL fittings, UPS operated emergency alarm and light, floor announcement with musics, ADR function announcement.

V. Car and Landings : Digital floor position indicator in car and all landing. Dry cell operated alarm bell and emergency light with Automatic charging device, Up / Down Digital direction indications at all landings and in car. VI. LADDER FOR LIFT MACHINERY To be provided by the Lift contractor. VII. SPECIAL FEATURE : Digital position indicator in Car and landings. Battery operated Emergency light and Alarm bell, call register signal and VF Door operator, false ceiling in Car. Infra red door screen, Vandal proof SS Button with SS cover / Automatic Rescue Device,Over load indication, Fire mans switch, over load indicator and Intercom provisions with Instruments and floor Annuciator.SS hand rails and ON/OFF key and free service for 1year.

VIII. Automatic Rescue Device ( ARD ) : To facilitate landing of lift to the nearest floor at the time of power failure. This shall consist of suitable type battery system with charger, inverter, under voltage protection system etc. complete with all accessories. IX. Minor Builder Work : To be done by the lift contractor. X. Scaffolding Works : To be done by the lift contractor. XI. Free service and Maintenance during the guarentee period of one year & safety certificate a. Guarantee : Guarantee for materials and workmanship of equipment not less than one year.

b. Free maintenance : Free comprehensive, servicing and maintenance during the guarantee period to be provided by the Lift contractor(1year).And important necessary training of employees, for minor maintenance works and proper handing over of lift to be done by the lift contractor. c. Preparation of Drawings and obtaining CEIG's Safety Certificate for lift approval as per lift act with payement of necessary fees to CEIG and insurance policies. If any applicable to lift. d. Site tests in accordance with IS 14665 shall be carried out at time of handing over.

XII. OTHER INCLUSIONS : Over speed Governor, phase failure and phase reversal relay, alarm bell, T. Guide brackets for car and counter weights, rubber padding under winding unit, Motor of adequate capacity, Single reduction worm gear,electro magnetic brake with compression springs, car safety gear, buffer, electro mechanical door locks, tubular S.S hand rail in car. Steel ladder for machine room, Emergency key, motor over load protection devices, final limit switch, position and direction indicators for car and landing entrances, main suspension ropes, counter weights, lifting joists for mounting the machines S.S. facial plate for car operating panel & landing fixtures, fireman's switch and other necessary controls ,Overload Warning indicator with audio annuouncer,

Provision for architraves covering all the three sides up to a Width of 300mm decolam sheet on plywood with TW Frame with aluminium beadings or suitable materials of the existing wall architraves should also cover the thickness of sill level of door frame at the landing and indicator boxes at all landings,full Width half height rear panel mirror complete set. Wiring with 2 x1.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated single core unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with Module GI switch box in flush with wall with 6A one way module switch with module front plate with continuous earth wire connection of 1.5 sq.mm copper wire with painting of Suitable colour for Open PVC Light point / fan point (for electronic regulator) ( 5 points / Coil)(SD-274)

Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting with guard suitable for 15 W LED Bulb (SD-83)

Supply and fixing of 1 no.6/16A two module socket , 1 no. 16A one module switch on suitable module surface mounting Box ( Plastic ) with module cover plate (plastic) on wall with connections.(SD-399)

Supply and Run of 2 of 4 sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection by 4sq.mm. PVC insulated SC unsheathed FRLS copper wire with painting of suitable colour.(SD-56)

Supply and fixing of 4 way Vertical Triple pole and neutral MCB sheet steel enclosure distribution board with double door (metal door) with 1 no. 63A 4P MCB switch as incoming and 1 no. 32A 3P MCB, 9 nos. 6A to 32A SP MCB as outgoing on wall with earth connection only. Higher End(Data-1)

Supply and clamping of 3 1/2 x 25 sq.mm. PVC LTUG armoured cable on post or on wall with MS clamps. (SD 205)

Supply and providing cable end termination of 3-1/2 x 25 sq.mm. PVC LTUG aluminium armoured cable with necessary aluminium cable sockets by crimping etc with electrical connection complete (SD - 223)

Supply and fixing of brass cable gland for 3-1/2 x 25 sq.mm. PVC armoured LTUG cable with earth connection (SD - 164)

Earthing as per ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.1 mtr class ‘B” GI pipe of dia not less than 40mm with copper earth plate of size 125mm x 50mmx6mm with necessary funneling arrangement with necessary masonry work with 38 mm RCC cover slab for brick masonry works. (SD 222)

Supply and Run of 1 of No.8 SWG copper wire in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall / floor / ground for earth connection. (SD 373)
