Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka, Government of India or Union Territory

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Addendum/Corrigendum / modifications / correction, if any, will be published in the website only.

Incomplete / conditional tenders will not be accepted.

Tenderer must submit his present accurate postal address and phone / cell phone number.

The tenderers must submit the scanned documents in pdf / jpeg form, not in other form.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of KPP portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

PERFORMANCE SECURITY The successful tenderer shall furnish Performance Security Deposit (Achievement Guarantee ) at 5% of the contract price plus additional security for unbalanced tender with in 20 days after approve of tender as per rule 24.1 of the tender in the form of cash/Bankers Cheque ,D.D,Pay order Bank Guarantee, in the nature of EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, RWSSD Udupi.

In case of the death of a contractor, after executing the agreement / commencement of the work, his legal heir, is an eligible registered contractor and is willing, can execute and complete the work, at the accepted tender rates, irrespective of the cost of the work.

All materials should be in good quality as per specification, quality certificate for the same should be obtained from the concerned authority at their own cost.

Acceptence / Cancellation of the works are reserved by under signed without any reasons for the same.

All the scanned documents pertaining to bidder to be uploaded shall be in original and same originals should be produced to the Executive Engineer (at the time of Technical Bid Opening) who reserves right to verify the orginal documents before approval.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer should give all details and documents as per Technical and Financial bid attached to this tender.

The tender may be cancelled at any stage without assigning any reason

The rates of items are inclusive of cost of materials, labour charges, HOM of machinery, all lead and lifts and all other charges to complete the work successfully as per specifications and as directed by engineer in charge of work

Any objection regarding the tender must be submitted directly to Executive Engineer , not in inward.

Executive Engineer RWS UDUPI has authority to accept or reject any tender without assigning reason

For interpretations of clauses, conditions, spelling mistakes, etc., decision of Executive Engineer, RWS, UDUPI is final.

All the materials to be utilised for the work must be tested in PRED or PWD labs and Quality control test reports must be enclosed to the bills. All type of items, Pipes, materials and Machinary with accessories must be ISI certified and Cost of all QC test must be borne by contractor.

Time of Completion of works Excluding monsoon period 2 months.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e.2021-22 to2025-26.(Achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover(In all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of amount not less than the Amount Put to Tender of Rs 15.82 Lakhs).
