Rejuvenation of Thana Tank, Nua Pokhari in Ward No-10

De-Watering:-Suplying all materials, labours, T&P, 5.00 HP Diesel Pump set with POL, Pump Operator etc. and De-watering the clear water/muddy water etc. all complete as per the required specification and direction of Engineer in charge

Deweeding:-Uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 60cm, removing all weeds and other growth roots by forking repeatedly beraking clods rough dressing flooding with water uprooting fresh growths after 10 to 15days and then fine dressing for planting new grass etc as per the required specification and direction of the Engineer-in -charge

De-Silting :- Supplying all materials labour T&P, Excavation of any available type of soil by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil within the Pond Area on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including spreading and levelling the earth in 22.5 cm layers to make ready for watering and compaction by mechanical means but excluding watering and compaction in dams and dykes for all heights including construction, maintenance, watering and lighting of haul road and borrow area etc. complete as per the required specification and direction of the Engineer-incharge. (measurement of the fill to be taken on the finished compacted section under OMC condition.) a) 30% of the Quantity

b) Supplying all materials labour T&P, for excavation of any approved type of soil by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil upto 5KM lead on the govt. land identified by the ULB including Spreading and levelling the earth etc comp as per the required Specification and direction of Engineer-in charge.

Supplying all materials , Labour, T&P and Fine dressing of earthwork in odinary or hard soil in road / Embankment formation including cost of cutting of filling earth upto 0.15m depth of surface etc all complete as per the required specifications and direction of Engineer in Charge (AoR-2006, Page no-7, item No.10)

Horticulture (Elephant Ear, Canna Indica, Wedelia, Vetiver Grass):- Supplying all materials labour and T&P etc. for removing vegetation and making up undulations not exceeding 15cm. in depth including disposal of rubbish, plantation of saplings - a) Bougainvillea Glabra @ 1 No. / sqft., ii) Elephant Ears Plant @ 1 Nos. / 3 sqft., iii) Canna Indica @ 1 Nos. / 2 sqft., iv) Wedelia Plantation @ 1 No. / 2 sqft. and v) Vetiver Grass - spread across the area, all complete as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Floating Wetland:- Supplying all labour and T&P etc. and providing and commissioning Floating Wetland, etc all complete as per the required specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Pathway:- Earth work in excavation in Ordinary soil for foundation trenches to a depth of 300mm including fine dressing and leveling the bed depositing the excavated earth/soil within initial lead of 50m and initial lift of 1.5m etc all complete as per the required specificaton and direction of Engineer In Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to with Wet Mix macadam .specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant , carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying and spreading in uniform layers with paver in sub base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including all cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and labour etc all complete as per the required specification and the direction of the Engineer-in- Charge

Supplying and filling in foundation and plinth with good quality river sand well watered and rammed, including all cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and labour etc all complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in- Charge ( Measurements will be taken on finished compacted section)

Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for laying, fitting & fixing 60mm thick Cement Concrete inter locking paver blocks of M 30 grade of approved make, design, colour and size made by block making machine with proper compaction by mechanical means , cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern and laying the blocks in required pattern over the prepared hard base surface , finishing and sweeping extra sand in pathway including all cost, conveyance, taxes, royalities of all materials and T&P etc all complte confirming to IRC:SP-63:2018 and its ammendments if any etc all complete as per the required specifications and directions of the Engineeer-in- Charge.

Kerb Stone: Supplying all materials, labour T&P andfitting and fixing of pre cast cement concrete kerb stone of size 300 x 300 x 150mm of M30 grade concrete of approved make, Design,colour and size made by block making machine with proper campaction fixed in required patern etc complete in all respect conforming to IS 5758:1984 etc all complete as per the required specification and direction of the Engineer In Charge.

Supplying and fixing of Random rubble hard granite stone masonry in cement mortar ( 1 : 6 ) in Foundation & Plinth including all cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and labour etc all complete as per the required specification and direction of the Engineer-in- Charge
