Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer. *G.I. pipes.

Installation and commissioning for items 1 to 3

Labour charges for installation of new panel for item No.4 complete in all respect complete with loading unloading and shifting of new panel with the help of heavy labour in safe and sound conditions, including assembling of all the parts, including making necessary arrangements & civil work at site for the installation of new panel and testing of new panel on ON load conditions complete as required as per site conditions. Note :- Complete Panel should be protected with required size of shed as per site condition.

Labour charges for installation of new panel complete for item No. 10 in all respect complete with loading unloading and shifting of new panel from outside to inside of pump house with the help of heavy labour in safe and sound conditions, including assembling of all the parts, including making necessary arrangements& civil work at site for the installation of new panel and testing of new panel on ON load conditions complete as required as per site conditions

Installation and commissioning for items No. 18 to 28

Erection and commissioning for item No. 29 to 35 of mentioned EOT Crane , Gantry crane , Gantry pillars ,Gantry rail and all allied accessories along with painting , cartage and testing the crane on load at site.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level * 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) :

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work
