Taking down steel tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal from site for bore of pipe 25 to 32mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing loft water tanks of capacity not exceeding 250 ltrs lowering from its position and removal to store, complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick work with sub class “B” bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 using old size bricks, complete all as specified and as directed.

40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring including finishing the surface even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

20mm bore GI tubing (medium grade) with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors/roofs, complete all as specified and as directed.

50mm bore GI tubing (medium grade) with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors/roofs, complete all as specified and as directed.

25mm bore CPVC pipe SDR 11 plain with plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings ISI marked and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors/roofs, complete all as specified and as directed.

50 mm dia Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both end for iron pipe, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

20 mm dia Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both end for iron pipe, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

20mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe and fixed minimum weight -210gms, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks Triple Layered of 500 ltr capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position, complete all as specified and as directed.

20 mm bore Bib tap cast copper alloy chromium plated fancy type, long body with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Drilling holes upto 50mm dia and upto 500mm depth in walls of any description in multi storied buildings (G+8) to insert pipes of any dia and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 to make good disturbed surfaces to match with existing after insertion of pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE:- (Applicable to Srl items 01 to 16 only) The work shall be carried out in multistoried buildings (G+8) which may require scaffolding or jhulla arrangement or any other T&P and quoted rates of contractors are deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.

Taking out unserviceable LT underground calbe of any size and any core from trenches, complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC insulated armoured XLPE cable 1100volts served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with GI strip wire or tape and overall PVC Sheathed, laid in trenches of size 50Sqmm 3.5 core aluminium conductor ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : GI pipe for cable protaction, sand cushioing GI pipe for cable protaction, sand cushioing shall be measured and paid under respective item)

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter depth and not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and getting out including trimming of sides, complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick protection to cable using old size class 'B' bricks, laid flat, dry butt jointed, laid lengthwise perpendicular to the axis of cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

Sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable in trenches to cover under ground cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600mm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level, with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs deep below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth wire 4mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts to earth test point including necessary PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit, cover frame, GI pipe 15mm dia light grade for protection of earthing lead and GI pipe 20 mm dia medium grade for watering pipe with funnel, wire mesh, salt, charcoal dust and excavation, complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE:- For minimum fair wages ,EPF and payment to labour employed, refer Sch A Note No-17,18 and Special Condition No 5 & 21.2 of this tender. Contractor must produce all the relevent record such as payment made to labour, EPF etc at the time of payment of RARs/Final bill. No payment will be released to contrator without producing the proper record.

NOTE:- Irrespective of whatever specified elsewhere in tender documents, all the debris/waste materials produced out of above mentioned work shall be removed out of Cantonement land and disposed off at locations notified by the Delhi Cantonment Board for disposal of waste building materials within NCR area, without any extra cost to Department under own arrangement of contractors. The rates quoted by the contractors against the items catered here-in-above in the BOQ are inclusive of said provision.
