RequiredExperience has to be issued by Engineer-in-Charge of Government Department / undertaking not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent and countersigned by the rank of Superintending Engineer or equivalent.( The value of past experience in any one year during last 10 years shall be updated at weightage 10% per year to bring them current price level)
