Taking up or down steel tubing (GI) and connections 40mm bore from any position including descaling, cleaning internally and externally, cutting and threading of ends and refixing /relaying with provision of new fittings in any position, wall/ceiling/floor etc as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 90x90x90cm (internal dimension) one brick thick wall built in CM (1:4) on 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, and 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) both externally and internally and after that using extra cement make the internal surface smooth finish, external plaster shall be up to 15cm below GL, providing valve pit cover made of not less than 3 mm thick MS chequered plate, including provision of hinges, handle and locking arrangement and 40X40X5mm angle iron frame fixed on top of valve pit by means of MS hold fast 40x5mm and 150mm long, embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block of size 230X200X100mm, including two coats of anti-corrosive black paint over a coat of red oxide zinc Chrome primer and necessary earth work in soft/loose soil including demolition of old unserviceable existing valve pit & pit cover complete all as shown on site and all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective burn out electric driven motor of capacity 15 HP working on 3 phase, 440 volts 50 Hz, duly disconnecting electric and mechanical connection from pump and transport to civil workshop, dismantling and opening the motor into parts and taking out burn out starter winding, cleaning, servicing slots etc. drying all parts and sort out defective spares, rewinding the starter winding with suitable size of super enameled copper wire as per existing gauge including replacement of insulating materials, varnishing, heating up starter winding in heating chamber, reassembling after replacement of defective parts/spares, transporting to site and reinstalled, mounting to its original position including coupling with respective pump and reconnect all disconnected connections and mechanical support etc. including spray painting of pump and motor of existing colour and base should be black in colour over a coat of red oxide zink chrome primer surfaces complete including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spares parts for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately under "Supply only" items.

Taking out suction pipe of 10 HP non clogging sewage pump along with foot valve from the sewage pump by the help of chain pully,rope, etc. dismantling the foot valve from suction pipe, clean the foot valve properly and get free from all foreign materials, reassembling the foot valve to the pipe complete black bituminus paint over the pipe and foot valve and lowering to the sewage sump, connect properly to the sewage pump and satisfactory running of the pump complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement power contactor 3 pole 25 amps. Make L&T ( MNX25) or equivalent as approved by GE from list of approved makes.

Supply and fixing in replacement power contactor 3 pole 18 amps. Make L&T ( MNX18) or equivalent as approved by GE from list of approved makes.

Repair/Servcing of Diesel Engine Make : Kirlosker, directly coupled with alternator of 32.5 KVA capacity, draining out the existing engine oil from the bottom of the oil sump and checking the entire serviceablity system of DG set including testing and commissioning the same at site alongwith spray painting of existing colour of the DG set and base should be black in colour complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down carefully defective fuel injection pump assembly in whole, Make- Motor Pal including nozzle injector of 180 KVA diesel generating set duly disconnecting all mechanical supports and opening in authorised Company work shop ( Motor Pal ), opening the FIP assembly and cleaning the spares and drying up the same sort out the defective parts and reassembling FIP after replacement of defective spares including calibration and setting, taken back the FIP from Company work shop and reinstalled in existing position duly reconnect all disconnected mechanical supports and fuel lines etc and fixing of all locking arrangement of door and hinges (Kabja) removing grease/oil from the body and spray paint to existing colour of the body and base should be in black colour, all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of Mild steel OHT of 20 mtr staging height at Main pump house CDA Narangi, capacity 25,000 Gallons, using following stages cleaning process including arrangement of necessary T&P, labour and Chemicals mechanize etc before starting process of cleaning complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Mechanized Dewatering (b) Sludge Removal (c) High Pressure Cleaning (d) Vaccum cleaning (e) Antibacterial spray (f) UV radiation. (g) Painting two coats of black bituminous paint on internal surface of Over Head water reservoir after cleaning the tank. Note:- (i) The entire work shall be carried out by well experienced personal/firms having experience of similar nature of work. (ii) Entire T&P and all Safety measure during the work shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. (iii) "Date of cleaning" shall be written over the outer surface at appropriate level to be decided by Engineer-in-charge with synthetic enamel paint of letters not less than 100mm height and the cost of the same shall be deemed to include in the quoted unit rate of the contractor.
