Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 river sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )

Brick work with common burnt clay local best quality bricks in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 river sand) : With F.P.S.(non modular) bricks

Half brick masonary with local best quality bricks in superstructures above plinth level upto floor five level in cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 river sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 river sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 river sand)

Neat cement punning at all height .

Repairing of RCC chajjas & parapet walls etc. with 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 river sand) with a floating coat of neat cement including preparation of surface at all height as per the direction of EIC

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 river sand)

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and fixing APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrance manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/ litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N / 5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacture of membrane. 3 mm thick

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised rigid PVC rain water pipe conforming to IS : 13592 type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion - single socketed pipes of diameter 110 mm (a) 110 MM diameter.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised PVC moulded fittings/ ascessories for unplasticised rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion - Bend 87.5 degree (a) 110 mm bend

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wroughed frame of locally available best quality wood and fixed in position

Providing & fixing (i) GI union socket 15 mm nominal bore in existing GI pipe lines, cutting & threading the pipe and making long screws,including excavation,refilling the earth or cutting of wall and making good the same complete wherever required.

Providing & fixing PVC waste of approved quality.

Repairs to flush doors shutter or cupboard shutter by fixing 3 mm ply to the damaged portion of door with nails at 100 mm C/C & use of approved quality adhesive finished smooth complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge

Labour rate for minor repairing of wooden doors , windows and ventilators like re-alignment of shutters, refixing of hinges etc. to make it free for operation as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge (Repalced fittings & timbers shall be paid separately).

Providing & fixing CP pillar tap @ 400 Gms. of approved quality of 15 mm NB

Dismantling of old waterproofing on RCC / Flat roof including cleaning of surface and disposal of rubbish / Old water proofing materials within a lead of 50 m and lift up to 10 m as per instruction of Engineer in charge .

Renewing approved quality glass panes with putty / wooden fillets and nails where ever necessary at all height (a) 3 mm thick @ 7.50 Kg/Sqm

Applying thick coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade 80 / 100 including heating the bitumen, scaffolding, cleaning and preparing the existing surface of RCC roof including removal of stone grits etc. & Chajjas etc. up to the height of 12.00 M from & spraying the bitumen as per specification @ 1.00 Kg. per SQM or as per the instruction of EIC including the cost of scaffolding and fuel for heating bitimen - Bitumen shall be arranged by Party. (Ref: As per Item No. 16.30.1, Page No.- 971, AOR-2016, Vol -2).

Engagement of manpower for miscellenous civil works like cleaning of tree roots, disposal of rubbish and other assistance as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge
