PAINTING TO CERTAIN LOCATIONS OF RUNWAY, DISPERSAL AND LINKS REPAIRS TO DRAIN AND CLEANING, GRASS CUTTING, BERMS REPAIR, REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF DTGM AND SIGN BOARD AT AFS JAMMU UNDER GE AF JAMMU

M&L for Brick work old size with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in CM 1:6 etc including Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in CM or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework & precast concrete articles.complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:2:4 in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, manhole covers, pre cast drain cover at site, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves or similar type of works and the like complete including Demolition of Reinforced Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L TMT round bars 10mm dia and over over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains, manholes flooring, including necessary formwork if required complete including Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for any position, location etc complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

S&F for plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, equillateral triangle, without any attachment Fe 410-W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or drain cover or tank cover or similiar types of work or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe 410-W(Gde E- 250) quality-A) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces or internal walls of drains or manholes or similiar works finished even & smooth without using extra cement & using liquid Water Proofing Compound (WPC) 200 ml per bag of cement complete including Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of syenthatic enmel paint (ellow Red & any approved colour approverd by Users over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of existing painted/unpainted surfaces on Runway, Dispersal & Links (painting lines, dashes, arrows, threshold, touchdown point designation letters etc) of pavements with compressed air blower 50 to 90 PSI, coir, wire brushes to remove all loose dirt, dust grease spots or any foreign materials etc, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying a coat of water pased (water thin able) acrylic road marking paint (Black/white/ golden yellow orange) the approved shade and pattern with black colour, border strips on either sides of other colours marking, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. Note : (i) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of supply and fixing of masking tape to protect pavement surface for spilled out of paint and removal & disposal of the same from MOD land. (ii) Painting to be carried out three times or more as per requirement in a year (measurement will be carnied out each time separarely). (iii) "No Claim" shall be quoted by contractor if even is stopage of work, due to air craft coming and going. (iv) Site availability shall be as per Users /site requirement any time in working hours.
