REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF FLAME PROOF LIGHT FITTING/FIXTURES, U/S LIGHT WITH ENERGY EFFICIENT LED LIGHT FITTINGS AT ZONE -II AREA UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF GE (A) JAISALMER

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete including PVC Casing Capping/concealed conduit, fixture and fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets , light fitting etc removing materials for taking credit and making good disturbed surface of walls,floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down the existing unserviceable main switch / cut out / DBs of any type / capacity / description alongwith MCCBs as existing at site including necessary making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring complete with and including single core PVC insulated unsheathed flexible bright annealed multi stranded copper conductor cables FRLSH 2.5 sqmm (22/0.30mm) 1100 volts grade drawn through and including ERW steel conduit 20 mm or higher dia as required at site, fixed on surface of walls/columns/beams/tie beam etc; by means of saddles and clips etc; including all conduits accessories / fittings / junction boxes/inspection covers etc.; of heavy grade, ISI marked and sunk terminal boxes factory made 16 SWG pressed steel housing, totally concelaed in walls with 3mm thick industrial laminated sheet top cover, fixed flush with wall surface by means of brass screws and sunk /cup washers, for mounting of switches, sockets fan regulators etc; including 2.5 sqmm (14/0.30mm) 1100V grade PVC insulated, unsheathed flexible multistranded copper conductor cable as continuous earthwire connected to metallic bodies of Iuminaires/fans etc; at one end and to common earth dolly at other end, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and shown on drawings for :-

S&F submain wiring with cable insulated single core multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts 2 x 4 sqmm drawn through 20 mm dia Steel ERW Conduit on Surface alongwith 4.0 sqmm copper conductor cable for earth continuity including taking down old unserviceable sub-main wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : 2 runs of 4.0 sqmm cable one run of 4.0 sqmm cable and one run of Steel ERW Conduit will be measured as one RM.

S&F submain wiring with cable insulated single core multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts 2x 6 sqmm drawn through 20 mm dia Steel ERW Conduit on Surface alongwith 6.0 sqmm copper conductor cable for earth continuity including taking down old unserviceable sub-main wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : 2 runs of 6.0 sqmm cable, one run of 6.0 sqmm cable and one run of Steel ERW Conduit will be measured as one RM.

S & F submain wiring with cable insulated single core multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts 4 x 6 sqmm drawn through 25 mm dia Steel ERW Conduit on Surface alongwith 6.0 sqmm copper conductor cable for earth continuity including taking down old unserviceable sub-main wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : 4 runs of 6.0 sqmm cable, one run of 6.0 sqmm cable and one run of Steel ERW Conduit will be measured as one RM.
