Taking down old unservicable XLPE insulated screened armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with aluminium conductor of size 3 core, 185 sqmm including making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed.

Labour only for dismantling insulators of Lightening Arrestors any type, any size all as directed.

S&F of Danger notice plate of size 25cm x 20 cm for HT line made from 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet finished with vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in single red colour and fixed with suitable MS clamps, nuts, bolts of approved size including taking out old danger notice plate complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cross arm, bracing supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections confirming to grade Fe 410-S including nuts, bolts, washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including one primer coat and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified

Supply and install test and commissioning of gang operated air break switch, vertical/horizontal type tripe pole,mounted on 3 insulator mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame with operated mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 200Amps for 11000 volts grade including connecting up locking arragement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F connect of lightening arrestors discarge capacity 65KA peak non linear resistor type with all fittings suitable for 11 KV electricworking pressure including strap bolts and nuts and washers etc all directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated, PVC bedded , galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor conforming to IS:7098 (Part 11),11 KV (E) grade cross sectional area 185 sq mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work excavation , returning,filling & removal etc shall be measured separately.

M&L for cable route indicator oval shaped of size 200x150x6mm thick made out of CI or MS with letter embosed as "HT UG CABLE" fixed to 25x25x6mm MS angle iron 450 mm long embedded in PCC block 20x20x20cm, in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm stone aggregate all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for out door termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium stranded conductor cable of size 185 sqmm.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for in door termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium stranded conductor cable of size 185 sqmm.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit straight through for 11 KV grade cable for out door cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium stranded conductor cable of size 185 sqmm.

S & F of tubes light grade of 80 mm bore galvanised with all fitting for cable protection trenches/wall/on pole including necesarry clamps sets and nut & bolts complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing, runway by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including provn of HDPE pipe 110mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure including preparing/necessary arrangements complete all as specified

Excavation in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in depth , laying of cable or pipes (where provided for protection of cable) etc and getting out trimming the sides, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and all as directed.

M & L for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type - I, flat, size 300 x 180 x 40 mm all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

M/L for earthing for pole complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer of GI steel and connecting to testing point including provision of test point and all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt I (2009). The quoted rate is inclusive of necessary earth work and PCC chamber in type CI (1:2:4) with 8 mm CTD bar reinforcement both ways at 140 mm centre to centre complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- The rate is deemed to be inclusive of the cost of earth work, excavation on any type soil and removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 Mtrs, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for earth pit cover 6 Nos 8 mm dia CTD bar on both direction, earth lead protection GI pipe medium grade with suitable size from earth plate electrode to main switch, GI Wire length up to 7.50M will be measured as one unit)
