REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF EXT ELECTRIC SUPPLY DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER /VCB AND CONNECTED HT DISTRIBUTION NETWORK INCL BALIDAN STAMBH AT SUNJUWAN MIL STATION UNDER GE JAMMU

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil or hard/dense soil for taking up or laying of cable all as specified and directed.

Description all as per srl item No-1 above but depth exceeding 1.5 m and not exc 3.0 m all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms. all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above starting point. all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with pek size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying dry river sand laid in trenches as cable cushioning and covering all as directed.Sand cushioning to under ground electric cable 8cm before laying and 15cm after laying the cable intrenches all as specified and directed

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm stone aggregate for coping of pole and stay assembly complete all as directed

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm stone aggregate for stay assembly complete all as directed

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm stone aggregate for pole foundation complete all as directed

M&L for disconnecting Transformer 11/0.433 KV of capacity 250 KVA to 500 KVA, removal of incoming & outgoing electric connection and taking down carefully from four pole/two pole structure/platform, shifting to workshop draining out transformer oil, opening of top frame taking out the core from the tank, dismantling core into the parts cleaning the tank and removing out the dust particles refixing the same after necessary realignment and heat treatment, connecting all the electric connections and making the Transformer absolutely leak proof, refilling the Transformer oil, testing the Transformer at workshop, transporting back to site and fixing to position as directed, making all electrical and earth lead connection commissioning and testing of Transformer on load at least for 12 hours, re-installing the transformer and making connection complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Transportation of Transformer shall be included in the quoted rate only (ii) Cost of glass Sleeves/ ebonite sleeves insulating material tapes etc shall be included in the quoted rate only. (iii) Rewinding of HT/LT coils, cork sheet for top cover gasket, new brushing bush rod tap changer gear shall be measured and paid for separately under relvant item. complete all as directed
