Chaksuliapada - Handibhanga Road__SDBC0.000 to 1.500

Labour for scraping cleaning the road suface applying tack coat using 3.0 kg of bitumen for 10 Sqm and laying 37.5 mm thick built up spray grouting in two layer using 0.45 cum of 25 mm to 40 mm size hard granite metal and 12.00 kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 sqm with 0.12 Cum of 12 mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 sqm spreading over and laying including heating pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen metal and chips and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries but excluding cost and conveyance of bitumen ,metal and chips complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bitumenous surface/granular base bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including cost of all materials, labour , T&P etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense graded bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed agreegates of specified grading , premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen ,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled ,vibratory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for the road and bridge works (4th Revision) .

Providing approved quality of moorum including all labour charges for spreading, laying, levelling compacting with HRR for the work including cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, finished item of works as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with weather coat of approved shade on new work two coats to give an even shade including cost of paint.
