REPAIR/MAINT OF INTERNAL WIRING

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete,(fittings such as switches, ceiling roses,pendants, regulators sockets etc. to be measured separately), removing materials will be the property of contractor and contractor will be paid schedule of credit to the Department .

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required

Supplying and fixing 5 Amps switch socket on the existing board including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required. (ANCHOR/MARU/KINJAL/REO)

Supplying and fixing 15 Amps switch socket on the existing board including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required (ANCHOR/MARU/KINJAL/REO)

Supplying and fixing stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required (ANCHOR/MARU/KINJAL/REO)

Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 amp ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connection etc as required. (ANCHOR/MARU/KINJAL/REO)

Supply and fix change over switch 32 Amps DP complete (Make: Havells/Anchor/GECO)

Supplying and fixing batten/ angle holder including connection etc. as required. (ANCHOR/MARU/KINJAL/REO)

Supply and fix Main switch 32 Amps DP complete (Make: Havells/Anchor/GECO)

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required 2 X 1.5 sq. mm and 1x 1.5 Sqmm earth wire complete for power plug wiring and submain wiring.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required 2 X 4 sq. mm and 1x 4 Sqmm earth wire complete for power plug wiring and submain wiring.

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, 240 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning of 40 Amps capacity.

Supplying and fixing following way prewired SP&N MCB distribution board of steel sheet for 240 volts on surface/ recess complete upto 4 way SPN complete.

Supply & fix LED tube light along with fixture, 20 W including necessary connection from ceiling rose complete (Make: Philips/Bajaj/Havells)

Supply and Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required of 25 Sqmm 4 Core size

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, (single phaseand neutral), 240 volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB)/ELCB ,having a sensitivity current upto 300 milliamperes in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required on PVC Box complete

Supply and fix RCCB/ELCB of 2 pole , 40 Amp rating with sensitivity of 30 mA suitable for 240 Volts .

PVC Casing pipe 25 mm dia 3 mtr long (Make Prestoplast/Richa/Finolex/Ajanta)

Supply and fixing Switch fuse unit 63 Amps ,415 Volts TP fused and neutral link (Make : Havells/GECO/ Anchor)

Supply and fixing busbar chamber complete 63 Amps, 415 Volts, 4 plate complete (Make : Havells/GECO/ Anchor)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thickincluding accessories, and providing masonry enclosure withcover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 1.5 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting,vertical type, 415 volts, TPN MCB distribution board of sheetsteel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 amps tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCB's (but without MCB's and incomer) as required4 way single door complete (Make: Havells/Anchor/GECO)
