Annual Maintenance Contract AMC for Operation Chemical Preparation and Water Analysis of DM Water Plant CPU PT Clarifier and ETP of all three units of BTPS 500x2 and 700x1 for the year 2026/27

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

The intended bidder individually should have satisfactorily executed similar nature of work like work of Chemical treatment of Raw water in Pre-treatment-Clarifiers, Cooling Water systems, generation & dosing of Chlorine dioxide, generation and dosing of Ozone, operation of Pressure Sand filters, Ultra-filters, Operation of RODMs, CPUs, Boiler Water samples and various other water samples, Effluent Treatment Plant in any thermal plant of 210 MW or above or any process industry OR The bidder should have executed complete O&M works of similar nature like work of Chemical treatment of Raw water in Pre-treatment-Clarifiers, Cooling Water systems, generation & dosing of Chlorine dioxide and generation and dosing of Ozone, operation of Pressure Sand filters, Ultra-filters, Operation of RODMs, CPUs, Boiler Water samples and various other water samples, Effluent Treatment Plant in any thermal plant of 210 MW or above or any process industry. The bidder should have satisfactorily executed the above said work as a Prime Contractor for an amount of not less than Rs. 61.87 Lakhs, (50%) in any one-year period during the preceding five years (2021-22 to 2025-26). Work done value of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year in which tenders are invited. The intending bidder shall submit the Work Order and relevant work done certificate as a documentary proof issued by the Competent Authority. On demand, original shall be produced for verification.

The bidder who has executed the works as mentioned above with a single work order shall submit the work order and relevant work done certificate for an amount of not less than Rs. 61.87 Lakhs as a documentary proof issued by the Competent Authority. On demand original shall be produced for verification. Work done values of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year in which the tender is invited. Bidder who has executed the contract as a sub-contractor shall not be considered for evaluation. In case, if the bidder has executed the complete O&M contract of entire power plant, the agency shall furnish work done certificate for having executed works as mentioned above, for an amount of not less than Rs. 61.87 Lakhs OR if the bidder submits lump sum work done certificate of the entire power plant contract for having executed the Complete O&M works, in such case 1/3rd amount of contract executed value will be considered for evaluation and same shall not be less than Rs. 61.87 Lakhs. The intending bidder who has executed the works as mentioned above with multiple work orders (limited to THREE) shall furnish corresponding work done certificates collectively for an amount of not less than Rs. 61.87 Lakhs.

The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 247.49 Lakhs in any two of the previous five financial years. As a proof of turnover, bidder shall furnish financial report audited by Certified Auditor / Chartered Accountant of any two of the preceding five financial years along with technical bid. The Bidder shall furnish the Profit and Loss statement duly certified by chartered accountant as a documentary proof. On demand original shall be produced for verification. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to present price level of the financial year in which tender is invited.

The Bidder should possess the following valid statutory registrations as mentioned under. Agency shall furnish scanned copy and upload in technical bid. On demand Original shall be produced for verification. a. Registration of Establishment/firm/Company/Individual issued by Govt. Competent authority. b. PF Registration. c. Goods & Service Tax Registration certificate (GST). d. PAN number and Income tax returns filed for the last three years. The original documents should be produced for verification at any stage of tender process as and when sought for, failing which, the bids are liable for disqualification KPCL shall recover the Income Tax, GST etc. at the prevailing applicable rates. No reimbursement of GST shall be made by KPCL. Bidders shall submit proof of remitting GST. The GST shall be shown separately from prices in all invoices being submitted.
