Demoliton of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick after the cable have been laid tested complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with layer of sand (8cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying the cable and punned down to 18cm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick laid in trenches for cable protection of burnt clay sub class ‘B’ complete laid dry flat, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Laying old serviceable bricks (retrieved under item 01 of Sch ‘A’, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate as in copping of electric pole, solar platform or making good of disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L complete for driling hole hard standing / road for laying of pipe for protection of cable etc by means of manual booklet and without disturbing the top surface or cutting and making good the disturbed surface to the existing if any complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. GI pipe shall be measured and paid sepretely.

Supply and lay or fixing or passing through pipe cable XLPE (FRLS) with aluminium conductor with heavy duty stranded,1100 volts size of 16 Sqmm 2 Core including taking out old U/S cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- XLPE insulated pvc sheathing (heavy duty) armoured cable with aluminium conductor for working pressure up to and including 1100 volts to IS -7098 (Part-I) for pvc insulated cables with following :- (a) Cable shall have fire retardate low smoke (FRLS) compound added to it in the inner sheathing and out sheathing as per IEC 754 (part-I) IEC-60332 part-2 IFEE 383 ASTM 2x43 and ASTM 2X63 flame retardate compound (PR) as per EIC specification. M&L for defect rectification electric cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pulse, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc.including and additional excavation in normal alluvial strata required for exposing the cable fault removal of deteriorated portion of cable treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cable of size up to 400 Sq mm 3.5 core. The fault locating equipments shall be brought to site within the hours of instruction from Engr-in-Charge.

Lifting / taking out the defective submersible pump motor set of any capacity and description / make, at any depth from bore well by lifting tolls , chain pulley etc all as required carefully, by disconnecting / dismantling all electric connections, column pipes of any size 50/80 mm etc and transporting the defective pump motor set to AGE E/M Yard, lowering the new / serviceable submersible pump motor set to the existing location including replacing the rubber packing/ nut bolts of the column pipes , pipes, valves etc of suitable size where ever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, fixing and testing of submersible electric driven pump only with outer dia of pump not exceeding 150 mm having discharge capacity 5 lps at upto 100 Meter head (operating head range -113-74 mtr) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Taking out and lowering of pump motor set will be measured and paid separately) Note : Taking out Old unsv Material Pump deposit to MES Store yard.

Supply, fixing, connecting electric connections and testing submersible motor only capacity upto 10 HP(as per existing sample) 3 phase 415 volts, 50 HZ with outer dia of pump set not exceeding 150 mm suitable to be coupled with pump as mentioned in item no. 26 hereinbefore complete all specified and directed.(Taking out and lowering of pump motor set will be measured and paid separately). Note:- The RO Plant maintained in serviceable condition through out the contract period and any complaint regarding unserviceability of shall be rectified within 48 Hrs. After 48 Hrs panelty @ Rs 2000/ day shall be deducted from contractors dues till rectification of complaint.

Supply only replacement of membrane suitable for 450/250 LPH model -4040 (as per sample) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix replacement of cartage housing suitable for filter 20''x4'' suitable for RO capacity 450/250 LPH including gasket packing etc (as per sample) and including cartage housing locking & unlock tool complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour replacement of MGF capacity 450/250 LPH suitable for as per sample and including multiport valve connecting accessories as per existing PVC pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour replacement of media for MGF suitable for RO plant inluding taking out old media and gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes:- (a) The amount of Rs. 68, 368/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No. 120R & 121R shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance. (b) As contract is maintenance nature the site shall be handed over in pieces as per site availability from users. (c) Contractor/ contractor rep shall take complaint from MES comlaint cell on every day and these complaints shall be rectified with in 48 Hrs. As water supply/sewage system is of vital nature, If any complaint/ work is not completed with in 48 Hrs that can be get executed from any other agency and cost of the same shall be deducted from contractor's dues.
