M & L for online Dehyderation and filtration of transformer oil of servo voltage stabilizer, Isolation transformer, Distribution transformer & Power transformer etc of various capactiy, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Contractor will provide BDV test of transformer oil before and after filtration including dehyderation. (ii) After dehyderation and filteration BDV of transformer oil should not be less than 50KV at 2.5mm gap for 01 minute.

Supply & pouring of transformer oil with Dielectric strength not less than 60 KV including filling of transformer oil in any type of transformer and voltage stablizer located at workshop or any type of site, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Contractor will provide manufacturer test certificate of transformer oil for BDV test.

M&L for replacement of HT porcelain bushings set complete of distribution transformer including metal and rubber parts and replacing with new bushes complete of any make/size/type all as directed including dismantling upto 300 KVA, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for periodical testing of entire 66/11 KV substation with all the relays any type voltage, current, earth fault, over current including differential protection of 5 MVA + 5 MVA power transformers 66/11 KV. The progressive fault level setting of the relays should be set as per the PSPCL norms so that all the breakers will arrest the fault locally and fault should not be travell to PSPCL 66 KV substaion Bathinda under any condition.

Dismanteling the main power cable from HT 66/11 KV switch gear of any make/type and taking out the breaker trolly(any type) VCBs/RMU/SF6,cleaning from inside and outside by using CRC-26 spray or any other cleaning agent,greasing the moveable parts,complete serving of of switchgear including replacement of defectivesupport insulators of 11 KV bus bar. Including cleaning the fixed/moving contacts of all 3 phases adjusting electrical/electronic/Mechenical components all as per manufacturer instructions manual and the servicing and mantenance of switchgear shall be carried out by professional/competent/service enginer of the manufacturer in this field in the presence of AGE E/M. Note:- Test report of switch gear before and after its service.

Taking down defective transformer upto 500KVA capacity from pole/structure/sub-station after disconnecting the connections and shifting for inspection to sub-station then transporting the same to a manufacturer's workshop for repairs.After repairing the repaired transformer transporting back (including loading and unloading) to the directed location.After installing the transformer connections of LT and HT has to be done as directed by Eng-in-Charge and as specified in tender documents. Note :- (i) Test report of repaired transformer should be provided by the workshop before and after services. (ii) Contractor will provide guarrantee certificate of the repaired transformer that transformer will work trouble free at its full load Capacity minimum one year from the date of installtion at site after repair.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter deep below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip of size 25 x 4 mm, 7.5m long means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I connecting to earthing test point and testing on completion with and including PCC pit in mix 1:3:6 type c1 with PCC cover and, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20mm bore light grade GI watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work, complete all as directed. Repairing and rewinding of transformer from certified company of cap up to 160 KVA incl following repairs : (i) Removing top cover of the transformer and taking out the complete core assembly from the transformer incl drain out the transformer oil from the transformer and clean the conservator and main tank. (ii) Cutting and removing the old burnt HT coil winding from the limbs and rewinding the limbs by new super enamelled copper wire as suitable size/ as per existing gauge and weight with proper insulation and varnishing complete and heating the coil in oven after winding. (iii) Cutting and removing the old burnt LT coil winding from the limbs and rewinding the limbs by new copper wire as suitable size/ as per existing gauge and weight with proper insulation and varnishing complete and heating the coil in oven after winding. (iv) Reassembling the complete core assembly and testing.

Repairing and rewinding of transformer from certified company of cap above 160 KVA and up to 250 KVA incl following repairs : (i) Removing top cover of the transformer and taking out the complete core assembly from the transformer incl drain out the transformer oil from the transformer and clean the conservator and main tank. (ii) Cutting and removing the old burnt HT coil winding from the limbs and rewinding the limbs by new super enamelled copper wire as suitable size/ as per existing gauge and weight with proper insulation and varnishing complete and heating the coil in oven after winding. (iii) Cutting and removing the old burnt LT coil winding from the limbs and rewinding the limbs by new super enamelled copper wire as suitable size/ as per existing gauge and weight with proper insulation and varnishing complete and heating the coil in oven after winding. (iv) Reassembling the complete core assembly and testing .

M&L for oil testing(OLTC and main chamber) of 5 MVA Power transformer as per IS code 1866-2017 for oil in service. The testing must include following type of tests- 1. Electric strength(BDV with 2.5mm gap) 2. Water content(ppm). 3. Specific resistance(resistivity)at 90 degree C. 4. Dielectric dissipation factor(tan delta) at 90degree C. 5. Neutralization value(total acidity). 6. Interfacial tension at 37 degrre C. 7. Flash Point 8 Sediment & /or sludge. 9. Dissolved gas analysis (DGA) of following gases- methene, ethylene, ethane, acetylene, carbon-dioxide, hydrozen. As per IS 10593-2006 NOTE:-1. ALL SAMPLES OF OIL MUST BE COLLECTED BOROCIL GLASS CONTAINERS OF PROPER SIZE. 2. CONTRACTOR WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE HAPPEN TO THE TRANSFORMER AND WILL PAY FOR DAMAGE. 3.
