Demolition of PCC in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Cement concrete 50 mm thick (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid in panels including necessary form work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Material and Labour for 75 mm thick PCC ( 1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base & similar works ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for sand filling 25mm thick for laying of interlocking block ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for 60mm thick Cement concrete machine pressed interlocking pavour block any shape and size confirming to IS 1568-2006 made out of M-35 grade, Jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing for precoated chequered cement concrete tile 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick set,jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floor including screed bed 20mm thick in CM 1:6 ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of RCC fencing posts any section including taking out embedded portion and making good distrubed ground (posts embededed in natural ground) ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing for Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line wire to be measured) ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing for MS galvanished chain link fencing mesh of size 40mm x 40mm using 4mm dia GI wire ; including line wires, to any type of standards, rails, straining blots, etc. including provision of binding wire ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing for Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion,drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, drilling holes, notching for wires etc flat iron fillets, round bar and nut/bolt (for securing wire mesh ) ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing mild steel bolts screw (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screw the other or screw both ends, each each screwed ends, to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or squre nut exceeding 10cm and not exceeding 15 cm long and dia meter of shank 11 to 15mm, ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for mild steel round bars Fe 410- Gde E-250 around fencing hooking,welding and straining properly to fencing ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for cement concrete 100mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Floors laid in panels including necessary form work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement ; complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Supply and fixing in repairs solar stud size 125x125x25 mm made from aluminium alloy and PC construction solar powered by monecrystaal solar pane type of battery one high capaacity no cd rechargeable battery view distance approximaate 1000 mtr LEDs 10mm,3pieces each side and pieces are used for high brightness of red colours backup 12 hours of continous lighting at night mounted on concrete or muddy ground water proof and hardness tested ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs plastic road stud DA-972 of aluminium alloy body reflective panel dynamically designed to bear maximum load with two highly reflection moulded in PMMA material size of stud 110x120x24mm weighing approx 435 gm ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs plastic road stud DA-972(P) Mad or ABS materials dynamically designed to bear maximum load witj two highly reflection moulded in PMMA material sizr of stud 108x100x20mm weighing approx 76 gm in yellow colour fixed with MS pin ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Reinfoced cement concrete for roofs, floors,(other than ground floors) beams , stair cases, landing,chajjaa and similar suspended work ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in drain covers ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Formwork to the soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs , floor slabs , landings and similar work ; not exceeding 200 mm thick ( Horizontal or sloping ) and making flat rough finished surfaces of concrete ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over , cut to length , bent to shape required , including cranking , bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for forming fair finished drain or channel in cement concrete,using extra cement, including forms,moulds,mitred/stopped ends etc ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in CM or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework & precast concrete articles ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Brickwork with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) as in boundary wall, drain etc ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item no.24 above but except bricks (using Serviceable bricks obtained from dismantling of brick work shall be reused) , built in CM (1:6) as in boundary wall, drain etc ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Brickwork with sub-class `B' brick straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM (1:4) as in boundary wall, drain etc ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick on other than fair face of brick works or concrete surfaces of walls with CM (1:4) finished the surface for even and smooth ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints to steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer over 10cm width or girth ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paints to kerb stone over 10cm width or girth ; Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
