Price item wise worked out by the Contractor for Schedule `A' Part-V (rate against Srl No. 6.0 to 20.00 shall be quoted by the Contractor)

Bringing approved soil (Earth) for filling dulypurchasing from out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for setting of drilling rig on the drilling site and drilling the bore of 200 mm dia in any kind of soil strata including hard stone /boulder including electric lodging of 100 meter depth below ground level complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for development of borewell compressed air / back washing for period of not less than two hours and untill all lines are flushed out and steady discharge is attain and measuring the well discharge on 90 degree V notch or with a barrels and stop watch. Tube wells by on to compressed air / back washing for a minimum period of two hours and all fins are flushed out including equipment for redrilling and its removal after completion complete all as specified and directed.

Material and lowering of PVC pipe 150mm dia ISI mark 6 Kg/Sqcm pressure plain/slotted including coupling/fixing to make continuous arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pea gravel of suitable size for borewell to be filled around casing pipe of borewell complete all as specified and directed.

Supply lowering testing and commisioning of submerssible pump electrical driven, 3 phase, 415 volt (+10%), 5 HP, B class insulation, delivery of size 80 mm, minimum 2800 RPM, 04 No of staging, ISI marked, minimum 500 LPM suitable for 150 mm borewell casing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F submersible starter for 6 HP submersible motor inbuilt in mettalic panel board including capacitor ammeter voltmeter phase indicator along with ON/OFF switch of suitable size with complete wiring complete all specified and directed.

M&L for 10 Sqmm 3 core multistranded copper conductor PVC insulated heavy duty industrial grade as per IS 694 complete including connection from submersible starter and feeder panel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lowering in bore well MS flanged pipe 80 mm ISI mark, suitable for submersible column pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cheminject dozing pump Plunger Type having flow rate 50 Ltr/Hr at back pressure 8 Kg/Sqcm fitted with half HP 440 Volt AC 1500 RPM motor and with all accesories like foot vlave, Y strainer, antisiphon valve, suction/discharge tubing etc. and where directed including making connections with existing dozing line and testing upto the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for well cap MS 4 mm and MS clamp made out of 40x6mm flat iron for holding of column pipe-02 Nos making of wall pit chamber and necessary earthwork complete all as specified and directed.

S&F chain pully block capacity 2 ton without tripod manual type with ceiling nut bolt washers including suitable size of MS chain for lowering and lifting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of valve pit of internal size 600mm x 600mm x 750mm (internal) complete all specified and shown on drawing No. CE/AF/TD/EM/01
