Construction of Suitable shallow foundation (Pedestal size10 Ft x 10Ft x 7 Ft ) with 1:2:4 concrete after putting 1:5:10 PCC with sand filling. The Column size should be 3Ft x3 Ft x 8Ft Considering the safe soil bearting capacity as 10T / Sq.mt at 2Mtr depth with all materials and labour charges including 8mm, 10mm & 16mm TMT bars, Shuttering, curing.

Replacement of 4 sq.mm 4 core trailing cable for 25 mtr high mast

Re-erection of the 25 mtr to the high mast with help of suitable equipments tools, and plants and includes cost of HV type 100 ft boom barrier crane hire charges.

Supply and fixing of 6mm Stainless Steel Rope with U Shackles,Safety lock, thimbles and necessary bolts & nuts

Supply and fixing of 400W LED Floodlight luminaire with a robust single piece pressure die cast aluminium housing with corrosion resistant powder coating and toughened glass to ensure IP 66 and IK 08 protection. The Luminaire shall UV resistance non yellowing Polycarbonate/PMMA Lens to ensure desired photometry. Lens should be mechanically fixed and fixing by glue is not acceptable. The optics should be having a good Throw & Spread to achieve a better overall Uniformity. The LED used shall be high power with >2W to <5W. The luminaire should have CRI > 70, and CCT of 5700K and shall be compliant with IP66 and IK08 classification. Luminaire shall be designed to emit at least 48000 nominal lumens with system efficacy of at least 120 lumen/watt. Operating Temperature Range is -10degC to 50degC. The luminaire shall be designed to ensure lumen depreciation L70 over 50000 burning hours as per LM 80 report.The luminaire should have fins on the back to ensure good heat dissipation and to prevent dirt from settling on the luminaire along with aiming angle scale. Driver should be fully potted BIS certified and shall have a power factor >0.95 and THD <10% with a minimum inbuilt surge protection of internal 4kV & external 10kV and suitable for an operating voltage range of 140 to 280V AC and cutoff at >300V AC and self-restore.

Labour charges for mounting all the fittings and accessories including electrical termination with 1.5 sq.mm 3 core cable work.
