Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required.

Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm (clamped with 40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Above 185 sq.mm and upto 400 sq.mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of following rating ACB's in the spare compartment of existing LT Panels including fabrication, connection with solid bus bar, etc. as required.

ACB, EDO Type 1250 Amps, 50 kA, 4 Pole with 100% Neutral, Microprocessor Based inbuilt O/L (Phase & Neutral), S/C with time delay & Inst S/C, E/F protections (LSING) with individual fault indications, current and energy metering having class 1 accuracy, LED/ LCD display & minimum 20 trip history & event records along with date/time and fault level of the current in the display of the breaker, Current unbalance, percentage loading, inbuilt communication Modbus (RS 485), Under & Over Voltage protection, Under & Over Frequency.

Each ACB shall have one set of the following items:

Intelligent multi function digital meter Datalog (8 MB), Analog I/O, digital I/O variants available, Meter with Ethernet port available Parameters: V, A, F, kW, KVA, kVAr, kWh, kVAh, kVArh, PF, Runhr, Onhr, Interupts, Phase angle, THD, Neutral current, Max Demand (with RTC), Events (high-low) with time stamp, Individual Harmonics upto 31st.

All ACBs shall have Icu=Ics=Icw for 1.0 secs for all ACBs

1 Set Indication Lamps, LED type, for RYB with 2 Amp control MCB.& breaker 'ON', 'OFF', 'TRIP' & spring charged lamps with 2 Amp MCB for controlling alonwith SITC of TNC switch.

As Above upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in -Charge

Less Rebate on following materials after de-termination and dismantling including transportation to remove from the PGI premises.

400sqmm 3.5C LT Al. Cable including removing the cable from ground and cable tray including making good the ground complete in all respect..
