Repairing of light vehicle Road from BOCM Canteen to IB Valley Coal washery via ROB-2 under ILBL OCP of Lakhanpur Area.

Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with disposal upto 1000 metres. (Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and lead upto 1000m as per relevant clauses of section - 300 of specifications )

Preparation and consolidation of subgrade with road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidation with power roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth upto 50 metres.

Water Bound Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of specification. By Mechanical Means:Grading- II (53 mm to 22.4 mm) Using Screening Type-B (11.2mm Agg.)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 Cement:3 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived Irom natural sources :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work
