M&L for Rendering, 15 mm thick plaster in cement sand mortar ( 1:4), in two layers, top 5 mm thick with approved Water proofing compound @ 3% by the weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions over a bottom layer of 10 mm thick as base coat etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
