M&L for Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep & averaging 15 cm deep & getting out in soft/ loose soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Soling (or sub base) of 200mm thick with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed in two layer (100mm thick each) and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 150 mm thick WMM, providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (63mm to 40mm size) to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers (in two layer of 75mm each) in subbase /base course on well prepared subbase and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80KN to 100KN weight to achieve the desired density etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing un-surfaced wet mixed macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen primer using paving bitumen @ 5kg per 10 Sqm etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, applying priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) viscosity grade @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm etc including providing bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with mechanical paver, mixed at hot mix plant transported to site in tippers, chipping mixed with 5.5% of paving binder (VG-30) viscosity grade incorporating waste plastic @8% by weight of bitumen usingdry process in accordence with IRC SP:98-2013, rolled to uniform smooth surface with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Work shall be executed as per job mix formula approved by Accepting Officer. (ii) Bitumen content (92% Bitumen and 8% plastic) as per design mix is found to be less than 5.5%, the short of bitumen shall be recovered at the rate of Rs 60/- per Kg and no adjustment shall be made if the bitumen content as per design mix found to be more than 5.5% same shall be provided without any extra cost to the Govt. complete all as specified and directed. (iii) Waste plastic can be purchased from vender/ suppliers either enlisted by central pollution control board or private vendors who supply the usable plastic waste conforming to specification of IRC : SP:98-2013, Waste plastic to be mixed in central mix plant with aggregate and bitumen after following all due process as mentioned in IRC : SP:98-2013

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solar cat eyes (studs) made of aluminium di-casted body, 100% waterproof, both side reflectors, designed according to IP 65 of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm with shank not less than 60mm length, high efficiency mono crystalline solar panel (2.5 V/0.3 watt), one Ni-Mh or Ni-cd rechargeable battery (1.2 V/1600 MA) having six super bright LEDs with 10000 to 18000 mcd (millicandela) view distance upto 1000 metre and flush road bearing capacity 10 MT, fixing in road by drilling a hole and with epoxy hardener etc as per manufacturer’s instructions at the location etc complete all as specified and directed. M&L for 100 mm thick PCC type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for premix bituminous macadam mixed laid with mechanical paver and 8 to 12 tonne power roller and compacted to required gradient and camber (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with paving bitumen 4% binder (viscosity grade VG-30) contents over a coat of applying priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-30) complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Work shall be executed as per designed mix (job mix formula) approved by GE. (ii) If the bitumen content as per design mix found to be less than 4%, it shall be recovered at the rate of Rs 60/- per Kg for short of bitumen. If bitumen content found to be more than 4% as per design mix same shall be provided without any extra cost to the Govt.

M&L for long delinator of CRCA pipe 90cm long painted with powder coated or stove enamelled white/ black colour provided with wire gauge for safety of reflector of three strips each of 50mm wide of red, yellow and white diamond grade micro mrismatic type IX retro reflecting sheet (ART No. ARS-1006 of MS auto materorad dafety Pvt Ltd or other as equivalent as approved by GE) embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 with 20mm graded stone aggregate (Block size 30x30x30cm) etc complete all as specified and directed

Providing and laying Hot applies thermoplastic compound 5mm thick including reflectrorising glass beads @500 gms per Sqm area, thickness of 5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35-2015. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streak and holes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exceeding 10sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as directed

M&L for earthing complete as per electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mmx600mmx6mm, buried directly vertically in ground in a pit depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip 32mm x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing strip shall be protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 40 mm bore light grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole / test point. Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be of inclusive of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, salt, funnel PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & tested complete. NOTE:- (i)The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I shall be provided. Reinforcement in RCC cover shall be of 8mm dia TMT bars laid @150mm c/c both ways (ii) Quoted shall include the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth wire.
