Supply and fix in repair energy saving rectangular LED flood light fitting 150 Watts, 240 volts AC, cool white colour, CCT 5700°K, CRI>70, THD<10%, system lumens not less than 100lumens/watt with innovative thermal management, available with multiple optics, equipped with IP-66 protection, 5 KV surge protection, aluminium die cast housing, life of luminaires should not be less than 50000 burning hours and suitable for large area lighting including fixing on High mast pole/Buildings/TARMAC poles etc. by means of clamps, nuts, bolts and any other accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: Rates are deemed to be included in the item rates for the following service and servicing will be carried out quarterly during the contract period:- (a) Ensure equipment is clean where approriate. (b) Visual inspection of the UPS. (c) Check all re-set, where necessary relevant present adjustment. (d) To rectify any apparent fault, where immediately possible, records other for later rectificatuion. (e) To taking of electrical measurement to established the operation state of the UPS.

(f) Check setting of adjustable device. (g) Visual inspection of UPS batteries. (h) Checking for correct and accurate operation of all instruments. (j) Record total voltage of battery under float condition. (k) Check each battery voltage once during the contract period. (l) Cost of all spare parts included in the item rate quoted except. wound component AC/DC capacitor, Fan and batteries. (m) Checking and installation of Software and hardware program if necessory with proper othorised dealer of UPS company, rate of software and hardware included in above job rate

SCOPE OF WORK (a) Any part of the lift to be replaced whenever and where ever Necessary on normal wear and tear of the parts on free of cost.
