Note
(a). All the lifts shall be tested and "License to operate a Lift" shall be obtained from the Lift Inspector of the TN State Government. Licence charges imposed by the Lift Inspector to issue licence and any other charges shall deemed to be included in the above quoted rates
(b). Quoted rate for maintenance of the above lifts shall be inclusive for repair and replacement of defective parts except the items such as
