Drinking Water Scheme

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 50 LPH in built Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) based water treatment system cum water cooler ( with minimum 80 litre water storage capacity) in 304 grade SS storage tank having filter feed pump, particulate filter, pre & post carbon filters, sediment filter, RO membrane filter suitable for input water of upto 2000 TDS with set of frontal & interconected piping and valves, electrical connections including all labour & materials of Make Eureka Forbes - Model Aquaguard Purechill 80 PSS RO or approved equivalent specifications as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Installation of 3 core X 4 sq.mm flat cable (Finolex, polycab or approved equivalent) for other electrical connections, complete with fittings, and providing other necessary accessories required for making connection as advised by EIC.

Supply and installation of stabilizer (Input voltage 100-280 V & Output Voltage 220 V, 2 Amp) for 50 LPH RO based water purifier cum water cooler and 150 litre capacity industrial water cooler of make Microtek, V Guard, kiranotics, Zodin etc. or any approved equivalent make brand as per directions of EIC.

Supplying, installation and testing of point wiring; one light pont controlled by one switch with 1.5 Sq.mm stranded PVC insulated copper conductor wires for phase & neutral of 650V grade including earthing by providing 1.5 Sq.mm earth insulated continutity wire of copper in PVC conduit recessed on wall/ceiling/ false celing including supply & installation of switch boxes,junction boxes, pull boxes, bushes, screws, check nuts, bends, modular switches and sockets etc. including circuit wiring with 4 Sq.mm PVC copper wire from D.B. to switchboard as per directions of EIC.

Providing and fixing in position at all heights 1000 L, 3 layer polyethelene moulded roof top tank manufactured by firms like Syntex or any other equivalent including hoisting and placing in position complete with inlet, outlet overflow, scour pipe, inter connecting walls and associated pipe work complete in all respects as per directions of EIC.

Providing and fixing 15 mm nominal outer dia Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing 20 mm nominal outer dia Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing brass stop cock of approved quality : 20 mm nominal bore of IS approved with all fittings,labour complete as per the directions of EIC.

Providing and fixing 15 mm dia C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS: 8931 with all fittings,labour complete as per the directions of EIC.

Making the opening in brick masonry including dismantling in floor or walls by cutting masonry and making good the damages to walls, flooring and jambs complete, to match existing surface i/c disposal of mulba/ rubbish to the nearest municipal dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Earth work in excavation for all kind of soils by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m as per the directions of EIC.

Providing and laying Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) as per direction sof EIC.

"Providing and laying in position cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including the cost of centering and shuttering for all works up to plinth level as per specifications, drawings and direction of EIC."

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per directions of EIC. RCC item is for making slab of size (2m*.5m*.11m) for water tab bank

Steel reinforcement:Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth as per the directions of EIC.

"Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights :Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform as per the directions of EIC."

Providing and laying 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) all complete as per specifications, drawings and direction of EIC.

Providing neat cement punning as per the instructions of EIC.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat.

Providing and fixing minimum 18 mm thick granite Stone, gang saw cut, mirror polished,premoulded and prepolished, machine cut of size 90 cm*60 cm (minimum) engraved with lOCL logo, company name, location & scheme name, in approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels as per directions of EIC.

Construction of soak pit/ percolation pit for draining out waste water from RO with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5, 2.5 m diameter 3.0 metre deep with 45 x 45 cm dry brick honey comb shaft with bricks and S.W. drain pipe 100 mm diameter, 1.8 m long complete as per standard design including excavation, back filling and disposal of surplus earth for lead upto 50m, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Lettering with approved paint on back ground(text size : Minimum height 5 cm and above), highlighting Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan, Digital Payment, Save Water Drive, and various other awareness texts and shadows of approved brand and manufacture per letter as per the directions of EIC.
