USFD testing of rails, flange of stock and tongue rail of SEJ/ISEJs in Lucknow Division of Northern Railway.

The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-VIIB, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

A) RDSO certified USFD operator and machines for the testing is mandatory. To ensure it the contractor has to propose the Name of RDSO approved USFD operator after award of LOA, which will be further be verified and approved by ADEN, However, contractor has to propose the RDSO approved USFD machines to be utilised for testing, in the tender itself, failing which the offer will not be considered. B) USFD Testing of rails by out sourcing will be carried out with B-Scan Machines equipped with 9 channels SRT/DRT and two extra 37 degree probes. However, for SEJ testing A-Scan machines is permitted. C) Tenderer must mandatorily attach the following documentary evidences with the tender - i) Owning of minimum 2 Nos. of DRT or 4 Nos. of SRT of RDSO approved machines (B-scan 9-channel SRT/DRT machines) AND 7 Nos. of RDSO approved A- scan AT weld testers. OR ii) Proof of entering into MOU with manufacturer/supplier of RDSO approved vendor for required no. of RDSO certified machines as specified in C(i) above
