Exavation in trenches in soft/loose soil, n.exc. 1.5 m wide and n.exc. 1.5 m in depth, for taking out/laying of CI Pipes or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting outand getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm each layer in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up cast iron water mains,150 mm bore pipe (including all fittings), with socket and spigot ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and jonting of ductile iron pipe of 150 mm bore with socket and spigot ends suitable for tyton joint (rubber gasket joint), centrifugally cast class K-7 for drinking water supply, inner side cement lining, at outer side black bitumen paint coating at any length laid on RCC pillars or trenches/wall including testing jointing with jointing material with ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ductile iron pipe fittings, class K-12 conforming to IS : 9523-2000 with finishing as per IS 9523-2000 clause 13, such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, jointing & testing CI body sluice valve suitable for 150 mm bore of pipe, class PN-1.6, ISI marked (as per IS-14846 of 2000) heavy duty with flanged ends with high tensile stainless steel spindle, iron hand wheel and fixing with nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasketsheet for packing including taking out existing us sluice valve fixed at any position and depositing in E/M store yard all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make for sluice valve- Upadhyay/Bir/Venus/Zoloto.

Material and labour for construction of bricks masonary valve pit of size 90X90X90cm (internal dimention) with one brick thick wall in cement morter 1:4 having 100 mm thicks PCC(1:4:8) type D-2 foundation and 15mm thicks rendering in cement morter (1:4) internal & externally upto 15cm below ground level providing valve pit cover made of 3mm thick MS sheet/plate welded with 40X40X06mm angle iron frame around including provision of hinges handle and locking arrengement including 40X40X6mm iron frame fixed on top of valve pit by means of hold fast 150mm long embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 bricks of size 230X110X75mm including two coat of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer and necessary earth work in soft or loose soil including demolotion of existing one complete all as specified and directed .
