Annual Maintenance of Pratappur to Balibil Road for the year 2025-26.

Clearing grass & removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m including cost of all labour T&P etc. required for the work complete to shape as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Scarifying existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm & disposal of scarified material with in all lifts & lead upto 1000m etc. complete to shape as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 75 mm thick compacted layers of specific grade WBM, laying on layers, spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, applying and brooming requisite type of screening, blinding materials, watering etc and compacting in stages with 8-10 PRR complete for finished item of work including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes, labour, T&P all other meterials required for the work etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning the existing granular base surface including removal of binding materials and other foreign materials with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.of (MORD) specification & as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with 60/70 grade Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503of (MORD) specification & as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying 20mm thick premix carpet using 0.27cum of 13.2mm to 5.6mm size crushed stone chipping and 14.60kg. penetration grade of bitumen for 10sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR, hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant, bitumen boilers and all other T & P articles, cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials and bitumen etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing 6 mm thick precoated seal coat type -B using 0.06 cum of 6.7 mm size chips & 6.8 kg of bitumen per 10sqm including consolidation with PRR, cost & conveyance of materials, labour, T&P, royalty & taxes etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in ordinary soil by mechanical means within 5.0 km. lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking clods 5cm to 7 cm size and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth with Sectioning & cambering and ordinary compaction by PRR cost of transportation, all labour, T&P, royality etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing mild steel informatory sign board 0.9m x 0.6m size M.S. plate with 1 No square bar / angle iron post along with excavation, PCC in post, painting & lettering etc. complete to shape as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in foundation of hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance of materials, labour T&P, royalty etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing P.C.C. (1:3:6) with 4cm size h.g. metal of approved quality in foundation including hoisting laying concrete, cost & conveyance of materials, labour ,T&P, royalty, taxes, curing etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing P.C.C. (1:3:6) with 4cm size h.g. metal of approved quality in Sub-structure including hoisting laying concrete, cost & conveyance of materials, labour ,T&P, royalty, taxes, curing etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry /stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification as per section 600,700&1200 of MORD & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge
