Drilling trial bore of size 150 mm dia upto 180 metres depth by direct rotary mechanical system for injection well in any kind of soil strata including hard stone/ boulders complete all as directed.

Reaming of bore well from 200mm dia to 525mm dia hole in three steps from 200 to 350mm, 350mm to 450mm, 450mm to 525mm up to 60 metres depth below the ground level from the top of ground

All as per serial item No.2.00 here-in-before but two steps up to 450mm dia for depth exceeding 60 metres but not exceeding 180 metres

Supply, assembling, lowering and fixing of mild steel ERW casing pipe 300mm internal dia ISI marked having wall thickness 7.1 mm screwed and socketed in length up to 6.00 metres complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No.4.00 here-in-before but casing of size 200mm dia and 7.1 mm thick.

Supply, assembling, lowering and fixing low carbon galvanized (LCG) steel strainer pipe (slotted pipe) 200mm nominal bore of wall thickness 7.3mm cage type wire wound screen 'V' shaped profile in suitable length having slots of size 0.75mm width including necessary end coupling complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for electric logging of bore well including all tools and fixture required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for mild steel bail plug assembly suitable for 200mm bore casing pipe internal threaded with strong iron hook, screwed and welded to casing pipe as per IS 2800 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for mild steel reducer suitable for 200x300mm bore casing pipe fitted to casing pipe as per IS 2800 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and packing for stone gravel of size 2mm to 4.5mm all around casing pipe and slotted pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Development of injection well bore with compressed air with diesel engine operated compressor for number of hours till free flow of water in well is obtained and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for yield test for the bore well by continuously pumping for 16 hours to determine safe pumping yield complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for pressure gauge with isolation cock suitable for a working pressure zero to 100 Kg/ Sqcm (liquid based high intensity) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for well cap in two parts made out of mild steel of covering tube well of internal dia 250 mm x 50 mm depth duly welded with locking arrangement, making holes for passing 3 runs of 10 sqmm flat submersible cable complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and lowering for 100 mm bore flange type 3 metre long heavy duty MS column pipe jointing with bolts , nuts , including making/ cutting grove at flange for passing submersible cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for clamps for holding 100 mm bore column pipe/ bend to shape as required, drilled holes including bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for chain/ rope made of 6 mm dia MS rod of size 20mm X 38mm for holding submersible pump set and column pipe including necessary holding MS clamp nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Testing of water in connection with chemical characterstic of water to be carried out by any approved/ recognised laboratory as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6 ) type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in block of size 1.00 x 1.00 x 0.50m (30cm below and 50cm above GL) including form work and make a FI clamp of 100x16mm with provision of nut and bolts for holding of 250 mm MS housing/ columm pipe complete all as specified and as directed. (For lifting arrangement for pumping set).

Material and labour for lifting arrangement of submersible pump set by necessary excavating for foundation of post including returning filling, removing in soft/ loose soil and providing PCC (!:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for 02 Nos post using reiforcement 10mm dia TMT bar for raft in foundation @ 150mm C/C spacing, 04 Nos 12mm dia TMT bar for main bars in post and 8mm stirrups @ 75mm C/C up to GL and @ 150mm C/C above GL as specing in post, necessary 10mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) including 3 coats of white wash, For hanging arrangement of chain pulley block for lifting and lowering of submersible pump set by providing 200mm I-section of MS beam fixing with nuts & bolts with RCC post complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm bore, medium grade, GI pipe with all fittings laid in trenches, under floors or fixed to wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 80mm bore, medium grade, GI pipe with all fittings laid in trenches, under floors or fixed to wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for 100 mm bore, cast iron flanged and drilled both ends, sluice valves, ISI Marked, long body type, conferming to IS 14846-2000, Class PN-1.6 with brass spindle including all jointing materials and mild steel nuts, bolts, washers, rubber fibre board gasket etc and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for 80 mm bore, cast iron flanged and drilled both ends, sluice valves, ISI Marked, long body type,conferming to IS 14846-2000, class PN-1.6 with brass spindle including all jointing materials and mild steel nuts, bolts, washers,rubber fibre board gasket etc and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for cast iron flanged, non-return valve (reflex), horizontal, Class PN-1.6 with by pass arrangement suitable for 100mm bore pipe conforming to IS-5312, both end flanged, ISI marked, including all jointing materials and mild steel nuts, bolts, washers rubber gasket etc and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting existing steel tubing 100 mm bore and insreting of tee 100mm x100mm x100mm including packing, nut bolt, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete for pillar and platform etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 90cm x 60cm x 10cm (internal dimension) of one brick thick wall in CM (1.4) on 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar(1:4) internally, externally up to 15cm below GL, providing valve pit cover made out of 3mm thick MS sheet duly welded with provision of hinges, handle and locking arrangements including 40 x 40 x 5mm angle iron frame fixed on top of valve pit by means of hold fast 150mm long embedded in PCC block (1:2:4) type B1(20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of size 230 x 200 x 100mm, applying two coats of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of steel and iron surfaces including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil and demolition of existing one complete as specified and as directed .

Supply, lowering, installation, commissioning and testing of electric driven Submersible pump set, 415 volt, 3 phase, 20 HP suitable for proposed bore well and required discharge min 0-1190LPM at 10-132mtr head complete all as specified and as directed. (1 x working & 1 x Stand by).

Supply and laying for PVC insulated, PVC sheathed 3 Core flat copper conductor, submersible cable 10 Sqmm size 1100 Volts grade including jointing with m-seal and connecting from pump set to looping box starter with suitable size thimble and lugs and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for looping box three phase for submersible pump set, padestal type, outdoor CPRI approved factory made, IP54 protection with 3 Phase and neutral bus for star delta conection,varmin size of box 400x400x400mm complete with cable gland, PCC foundation, earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, connecting, commisioning and testing or passing through pipe, LT Cable XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade 50Sq mm, 3.5 core with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098( Part-1) complete with all as specified and as directed. (Note:-Excavation, bricks protection and clear Sand for cushioning will be measured and paid separately under relevant items).

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out/ laying of under ground cable, pole or stay and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to distance not exceeding 50metre and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dry river sand as in sand cushioning in trenches/ ducts for protection of underground cable (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 23 cm spread thickness ( 8 cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable) and consolidated (punned) up to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment

Material and labour for sub class 'B', old size bricks for cable protection cover, common burnt clay building bricks, laid dry and flat abutting each other with width equal to length of brick and gap between adjacent bricks not exc.10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying for 50mm dia GI tube light grade for protection of cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less then 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead strip of 32X6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and connected to main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 54 cm x 54 cm x 5 cm, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C both ways, one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS bar, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (medium grade) for watering, filling charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, 40mm bore galvanized steel tubing light grade for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I . (Note: GI earth strip and protection pipe upto 7.5metres shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate)

Material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawing in conduit/ pipe or fixed to pole or any other indicated situation for loop earthing including end connection with all necessary materials for 32x6 mm galvanised iron complete all as specified and all as directed .
