Isolate/de-energize the supply to the LT Panel Board of capacity ranging from 200 Amps to 2000 Amps and voltage 415 Volts/230 Volts, opening the doors/covers of the cubical enclosure for carrying out the servicing/maintenance/repairs of the Panel Board, switch gear, metering etc and re-fixing the same in place after repairs including testing and commissioning of the paenl board comprising of the following:-

a) Cleaning the inside switch gear chambers for removing dust, carbon and rusted surfaces including cleaning with blower and apply insulating varnish.

b) Check the condition of the DMC/SMC support insulators including cleaning applying Dr beck red for better IR values and replacement of insulators if required.

c) Tightening up of all bus bar connections, cable connections, replace bolt, nuts wherever required.

The fault locating equipments will be brought to site within the hours of instruction from Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs removing the UG cable for rectification of faults after fault detection excavating the area and Crimping with suitable ferrules/lugs or any other misc items providing suitable insulation tape and relaying complete after rectification of faults complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavated area shall be made good to original finish and no extra payment will be done on this account. Dismantling of exist gauge System and S/F of engine protection unit along with annunciation panel with start/stop relay of 60 amps suitable for analyzing the fault in case of LLOP, HWT, OSR & spare module for any additional safety to be added along with analog indicator for quantity of high speed diesel in the tank, RPM of engine, pressure of the engine to run all these parameters on the manual mode in the engine operation complete all as specified and directed.

Repair and maintenance of DG Set for 'B' Check with S&F replacement of consumables for 'B' Check of any make including replacement of diesel filter, lubricating oil, rubber hose pipe, V-belt, Oil pipe, diesel pipe and worn out parts and tight of nuts, bolts, washers, greasing etc. for proper running of following DG Set complete all as specified and directed. Note: Engine oil & coolant will be measured and paid under relevant items of schedule

Dismantling of radiator fan engine of following capacity, cleaning and chocked tubes after draining out water, washing with caustic, descaling and brazing for water leakage etc. and refixing the same properly of following complete all as specified & directed :

Supply only the following items of DG Set of various capacity :-

a) Battery terminal, lug, bolts type suitable for heavy duty battery.

b) Battery leads for copper conductor multiwired.

Dismantling existing U/S battery charger & S/F of SMPS type battery charger suitable for 24V DC with auto cut off from trickle to boost alongwith AC lead to charge the battery when DG Set is not in use complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing U/S battery charger & S/F of SMPS type battery charger suitable for 12V DC with auto cut off from trickle to boost alongwith AC lead to charge the battery when DG Set is not in use complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing U/S mains voltage monitor from the AMF Panel & S/F of SMPS type AVR system for operation from 90 - 300 volt AC only on the main supply to with stand the exist contactor coil even when the main voltage drops high 90 - 300 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of exists U/S asbestos rope and S/F asbestos rope 20 mm dia wrapped over the exhaust pipe complete and piping applicable of smooth finishing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out FIP from DG Set transporting to service center for overhauling/calibration and refixing on DG Set after replacement of worn out parts such as delivery valves,plunger, O-ring, Spring rotor assembly etc of following complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of exist dipstick type fuel gauge and S/F fuel level gauge center inside the exist fuel tank to measure the quantity of diesel inside the fuel tank with all accessories like capacitence resistance, Zink plate, steel stens of required length as per depth of fuel tank and ballown along with facility for triping the generator in case of low fuel alongwith audio visual alarm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out of turbo charger from DG Set transportation to workshop for repairing and replacement of parts of injector & refixing to DG Set and testing complete all as specified and directed for following capacity :

Dismantling of U/S lube oil pressure gauge S/F of safety control sensor for low lube oil pressure to the present engine for ceasor from low lube oil in the pump of breakage of any oil pipe line /hose during the engine run so that massive damage can be avoided in the engine along with connection & exist panel for display the reason why the engine has stopped complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing water safety & S/F of safety control sensor for High water tempreture to the perevent engine for ceaser on water pipe line in the DG Set of breakage of any water pipe line during the engine run so that massive damage can be avoided in the engine along with connection & exist panel for display the reason why the engine has stopped complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing overspeed safety & S/F of safety control sensor for Over speed to the present engine for ceaser from over speed relaye in the Pump of breakage of any oil pipe line /hose during the engine run so that massive damage can be avoided in the engine along with connection & exist panel for display the reason why the engine has stopped complete all as specified and directed.

S/F lead acid, battery 12 volt 180 AH 25 plate including initial charging at various DG Sets complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Exide,Luminous.

Draining Out old used oil and supply & filling new lubricating oil SAE grade (15 w 40 ) multiviscoscity complete all as specified and directed.

Draining out old used coolant from the water pipe line and radiator of engine and supplying and pouring of new coolant suitable for ambient temp from 15 to 40 degree centigrade complete all as specified and directed. Make- TVS / castrol

Supply & pouring distilled water superior grade all as approved complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rubber hose pipe of DG set of any capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing of fan belt for radiator pump of Gen Set of any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing super bypass filter for DG set of any complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old u/s dimmer stat unit for 15 KVA voltage stabilizer after opening the cover of stabilizer with the help of hydra/manual and M&L for new dimmer state coil 10 Amp for proper functioning of voltage stabilizer suitable of 15 KVA stabilizer after disconnecting electrical connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing fingers,gland,carbon brush for 15 KVA voltage stabilizer in replacement of u/s fingers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Ammeter in replacement of old u/s ammeter for upto 160 KVA voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of stabilizer upto 150 KVA decabonizing/cleaning complete consists of bus bar chamber, circuit cards and metering chambers, inspecting the joints,coils,cleaning of servo card and setting of servo card, circuit spouts for any flash overs/tracks, applying Becktol red solution to the bus bars and spouts having moderate tracking, tightening of joints, cleaning insulators and ensure proper decarbonisation and re-assembling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of micro processor base control card for each phase complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for in replacement of servo motor 3 KG torque complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for in replacement of servo motor 10 KG torque complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for in replacement of electronic circuit card complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing voltmeter in replacement of old u/s voltmeter upto 150 KVA voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation of pole and not exceeding 3 mtr depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.
