Material & Labour for chipping, removing carefully concrete work by low impact hammer, breaker without damaging the structure and cleaning and disposal of debris out side the MoD land etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Hard concrete should not be removed by force.
Mixing and applying SBR latex modified cement mortar 25 mm thick in cement sand mortar in proportions of 1:3 (1 part cement and 3 parts quartz aggregate) with polymer admixed in proportions as approved, including trowelling with wooden tools on prepared concrete surfaces of parent material complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Rate includes the rate of steel scaffolding. No separate payment Shall be paid for scaffolding) (Note: SBR latex shall be will be measured and paid separately as supply only).

Providing and application of hitech concrete penetrating, water based, organic, Bi-polar, calcium nitrite free, migratory corrosion inhibitor on concrete surface having pH 9.5 which migrates to a virtual extent of 100 mm inside concrete through pores, to inhibit the corrosion process on embedded steel at both anodic and cathodic ends by depassivating the electro-chemical reaction in that region thereby protecting rebar on all sides.
Cleaning the existing reinforcement with wire brush/ rotary wire brush to make surface free from rust scales, loose material, dirt etc. complete and providing, applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer confirming to ASTMB-117, on the existing rebars and allowing it to react with rust for 6 hrs and form a corrosion resistant, insoluble and adherent protective layer, including cleaning the reinforcement, wirebrushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 1 hour between the coats.
Providing and application of full and unbroken coating of anticorrosive protective zinc rich epoxy coating on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 1 hours between each coat including mixing of both components by weight as per manufacturer's specifications, brush application, curing to form a anticorrosive protective coating with high mechanical strength to cementitious repair works, etc complete.
Mixing and applying SBR latex modified cementitious bond coat using cement 2.2 kg per square metre on prepared concrete surfaces of parent material complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Note: SBR latex shall be paid for separately).
Rebuilding the section of damaged RCC elements to required size avg thickness upto and including 50 mm by providing and casting with microconcrete of grade M-40 or above including providing and fixing of watertight shuttering of minimun 12 mm thickness with supporting framework, all lead lift, mixing, placing, deshuttering, levelling the surface by grinding off cementitious slurry or construction joint differences if any to satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge, etc. complete.

Drilling Holes of 12mm dia, upto 100mm deep in structural members at the intervals of 300 to 500mm in staggered manner or along the crack as directed by the engineer-in-charge in RC structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia. teflon nozzles compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing and allow to cure the system for min. 8 hrs before grouting including removing nozzle projections, excess putty if any over concrete element grinding, levelling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Epoxy putty cost is to be included in the quoted rate. Drilling of hole shall be done by authorized applicator and the work shall be executed in the presence of the company representative.
Grouting injecting low viscosity high molecular weight thermosett polymer Monopol 250 H by pressur and using pressure epoxy injector with accessories till nozzles refused to accept the grout, including mixing material components part a and part b in required quantities as per manufacturer's instructions by weigh batching. Filling the grouting gun with monopol 250 H and maintaining desired pressure in the gun, air compressor and at exit (minimum 3 to 4 kg/sqcm) by a mechanism to monitor both pressure gauges and controlling the same by release valves and release the grout as per requirement simultaneously to grout the structural element through prefixed nozzles till its refusal. Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy putty after the refusal. Note: Leakages through other nozzles or cracks are required to be monitored while grouting and such points to be sealed as and when required without any extra cost. Make: Dr Fixit Epoxy injection Grout/ Sika injection-201 N/ Fosroc conbextra EP 10 or any other techno-commercial equivalent in makes mentioned in Particular Specifications.
Providing and fixing special water tight centering and shuttering including bolting, strutting, propping etc. so as to withstand a pressure of 0.1 MPa including removal of form from all locations including beams, columns, slabs, walls, foundations, footings, landings, stairs, balconies etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Material & Labour for mild steel CRS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(a) Apply one coat of primer on cleaned and dry surface spreading at the rate as per manufacturer's instructions and allow primer coat to dry for 6 to 8 hrs. (b) Apply 1st coat of polyurethane hybrid next generation liquid applied roof top coat waterproof coating without dilution and spreading @ 700 ml/sqm. Allow the first coat to dry for approximately 4-6 hours before applying the 2nd coat at 90° to the first coat. (c) Laying of 45 GSM Fiber glass mesh incorporated on the 1st coating as a sandwich layer when the first coat is still in wet condition. Sandwich layer will not be considered as second coat. (d) Apply 2nd coat of polyurethane hybrid next generation liquid applied roof top coat waterproof coating without dilution at 90° to the first coat and spreading @ 700 ml/Sqm. Allow the first coat to dry for approximately 4-6 hours before applying the 3rd coat. (e) Apply 3rd coat of polyurethane hybrid next generation liquid applied roof top coat waterproof coating without dilution at 90° to the 2nd coat and spreading @ 700 ml/Sqm. Ensure there are no pinholes or air bubbles on the membrane. (f) Allow the system to air cure for 7 days minimum. Minimum thickness will be 1.2mm to 1.6mm after 7 days. Makes for polyurethane hybrid next generation liquid: Dr. Fixit Roofseal Ultra, POLYBIT POLYTHANE P, SikaRoof® PUR-18 or any other techno-commercial equivalent.

Treatment of sunken floor slab comprises of the following specifications and all as specified
(i) Material and labour for cleaning of the sunken /lowered portion of the RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chiesel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming / washing completely. 40 mm avg thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as in padding concrete to achieve proper slope including 50 mm dia 350 mm long medium grade GI pipe spouts with wire guage on inside mouth to be fixed. (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 10 mm thick using factory manufactured pre mix / ready mix mortar addition and including WPC of UltraTech WP+ 200 or other equivalent @ 200ml per bag of mortar fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. where dampness and seepage noticed nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. (iii) All junctions points of side walls where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty (iv) After drying putty wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clean and clear (v) Material and labour for applying two coat of polymer modified cementious water proofing coating as per manufactures instructions to bottom and vertical sides up to finished flooor level +100 mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1 mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spry shall be carried out or vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed. (vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20 mm thick using factory manufactured pre mix / ready mix mortar addition and including WPC of UltraTech WP+ 200 or other equivalent @ 200ml per bag of mortar including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout. Note:Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for atleast 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE . Test shall be done in presence of reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. the treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. (vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 all around after painting with anticorrossive black japan paint
