Disconnecting of electric connection and dismantling complete solar water heating system Flate Plate Collector (FPC) type of capacity 300 ltrs installed at single storey building including hot & cold water pipe connections and hot water tank complete and refixing the same in existing or any other location as directed after servicing/repairing and replacement of the parts and fixing back the system in position and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for :- (a) Replace the worn out nuts bolts, washers, union, sockets, flanges and screws etc. (b) Descaling/ desludging, cleaning and washing of the solar FPC panel, hot water pipes, copper tubes, hot and cold water tanks by using appropriate chemicals and re-assembling the panel.

S & F in replacement solar energy master collector panel capacity 100 Ltrs per day as per IS:12976 (1990) made of aluminium body with toughened glass and copper fins including copper manifold welded in each end of panel complete all as specified and directed. Make: Tata BP Solar/ Solchrome/ Star Tech / Inter Solar or MNRE approved

S & F in replacement stainless steel hot water storage tank 300 Ltrs capacity suitable for flat plate collector solar water heating system as per IS: 12976 (1990) made up of food grade stainless steel 1 mm thick with heat exchanger absorber (made of copper sheet and copper tube), having outer aluminium (aluminium sheet thickness 25 Gauge) cladding with 100 mm thick of 48 Kg/m3 density rock wool insulation with PUFF having arrangement of appropriate capacity electrical back up and inlet & outlet water connection complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Tata BP Solar/ BHEL/ Solchrome/ Star Tech / Inter Solar or MNRE approved

S & F in replacement heating element for solar water heater of wattage 4.0 KW operating on 240 V AC, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Das Pass/ Racold/ Bajaj

S & F in replacement thermostat for solar water heater of wattage 4.0 KW operating on 240 V AC, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: RENUTROL / DENFOSS/ INDOFOSS

S & F in replacement rotational moulded polyethylene three layer water storage tank of capacity 250 Ltrs (Cylindrical vartical with closed top) hoisted and fixing position all as specified in SSR Pt-I complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc. not exceeding 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 incl painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a one coat of red oxide primer for mounting of water tank and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed fancy type, chromium plate complete. (Minimum weight 15 mm-90 gms)

S & F angle stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed fancy type, chromium plate complete. (Minimum weight 15 mm-90 gms)

S & F gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe 25mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting chases, pinning in brick walls, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc and making good, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement sheet metal enclosure for single pole and neutral with two pin and earth plug top and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed. Make: ABB/Legrand/Havells

M & L for concealed sub main wiring comprising of two single core, 4 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated FRLS grade unsheathed 1100 Volts grade drawing in and including PVC conduits and conduit fittings complete (concealed type) and one single core 4 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area in green colour copper conductor cable, PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade as earth wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cutting chases and making good of disturbed surfaces shall be deemed to be including in the unit rate quoted by tenderer.

M & L for disconnecting of all electrical connection of Split type/Window type Air conditioner any make, size and capacity from varoius location at OTA Gaya including transporting to deposit in AGE E/M store yard with all fitting and fixture including covering of open wall with brick works with plastering after removal of existing AC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, commissioning and testing of split type wall mounted Air conditioner of capacity 1.5 TR (4500 K Cal/hr) single phase, (Non CFC/HCHC) suitable for 230 Volt +10%, 50 Hz, AC supply complete with cordless remote control unit, minimum BEE 3 star rating, EER of 3.2 and above complete comprising of following :- Make: Blue Star Model No. VLTU Fixed speed AC 3 star or equivalent in O-General/Lloyd/Samsung/Voltas (a) Indoor unit copper coil with three speed blower fan of appropriate capacity including PCB, thermostatic control, air filter and drain for condensing water. (d) Making good the disturbed surface to match the existing surface after plugging the hole etc. (e) PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth suitable for installation of outdoor unit or powder coated MS bracket fixed on wall as per manufacturer's instruction with necessary grouting MS hold fastner, bolts, washers duly painted and making good to disturbed surfaces suitable for installing outdoor unit of 1.5 TR AC complete all as specified and directed. (f) Electrical cable required to connect out door unit and indoor unit to voltage stablizer inclusive in quoted rate. Note : Rate quoted by contractor for the following items shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate against this item. :- (a) Fixing the cooling unit with grouting nuts, cutting groove to wall for gas pipe & water drainage pipe. (b) S & F PVC pipe 15/20 mm dia transparent flexible heavy duty for water drainage pipe of required length at site. (c) Insulation of both the copper pipes with insulating material and covering the complete pipe with PVC casing & caping of size 75 x 75 mm/reqd size for mechanical protection of copper pipe complete. (d) Charging of correct qty of refrigerant gas R-22, after necessary brazing/fixing of both the outdoor/indoor unit and testing complete on load to obtain 18-24 degree celsius temperature at specified.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of window type air conditioner inverter (variable speeed) R-32, electric driven single phase 230 Volt, cooling capacity 4500 kcal/hr capacity 1.5 TR, BEE 5 star rated complete with cordless remote control unit, with and including chase cutting and making opening in window / wall for fixing of air conditioner complete all as specified and directed. Make: Blue Star Cat part No 5W18GBTI (copper condensor) or equivalent in Voltas/LG/Samsung/Carrier. Note: The cost of fixing of window type air conditioner including complete packing with ply or thermocol such that there would be no opening outside the air conditioner frame body shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply and fixing copper air termination lightening arrester of following design and specification suitable for fixing on GI pipe 40 mm bore complete as specified and directed. Down Rod Dia : 16 mm , Down Rod Length : 750mm, Base Plate Size : 85x85x5 mm, No of Spike : 5, Spike Dia : 12 mm (Center) & 7 mm (Side), Spike Length : 90 mm (Center and Side), Material : Copper

M & L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600x 600x3.15 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level and connected to earth test point by means of copper strip of size 20x3 mm all as specified and shown in electric plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I 2009 including earthwork, PCC chamber, CI cover, protection and watering pipe, funnel, mesh etc all as required at site and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) 7.5 RM Copper strip in deemed to be included in quoted rates beyond 7.5 RM strip shall be measured and paid separately. M & L for test point terminal block made of Gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed incl 03 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screwed and test register with details of result all as per direction and specified.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene three layer water storage tank of capacity 250 Ltrs (Cylindrical vartical with closed top) hoisted and fixing position all as specified in SSR Part- I complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
