(f) DG Set of capacity 250 KVA Note for Item No 5 : (a) Item comprises site visit charges for authorised technician of OEM of DG Set (or) qualified/experienced technician of DG Sets for checking, identifying the functionality of DG Set and will carry out required preventive maintenance work of DG Set and ensure smooth functioning of DG sets and connected works. (b) One Quarterly maintenance will be paid as "Each Job". (c) Major spares of DG Set will be measured and paid seperately under relevent item of the CA catered as supply only. (d) Technician will visit each DG Set quarterly for routine checkup/servicing on date fixed (or) as and when required (in case of break down of DG Set). (e) Minor spares like nuts/bolts, washers, oil seal, gaskets, cotton waste, clamps shall deemed to be included in the job.

Dismantling radiator assembly from the engine of 250 KVA capacity DG sets by disconnecting inlet and outlet connection overhauling / servicing the radiator, descaling and servicing the radiator internally and externally by using chemicals, including soldering the copper tubes and tank etc for arresting leakage, assembling back including necessary welding and with additional bracket as required. refixing, reconnecting and testing for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of alternator from DG set ( 125 KVA,75 KVA,100 KVA 160 KVA including safe removal, opening of stator/rotor and preparation for rewinding.Complete rewinding of alternator stator with super-enameled copper wire of suitable gauge, turns, class ‘F/H’ insulation, as per OEM standard, including replacement of slot liners, wedges and insulation materials. Supply of Under Voltage Relay (UVR)/Over voltage realy: Suitable for 415V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz system, auxiliary supply 230V/110V AC or DC (as per site requirement). The relay shall be of reputed make (L&T/Siemens/ABB/Schneider or equivalent), with adjustable under-voltage setting (70%–95% of rated voltage) and definite time delay (0.1–10 sec adjustable). Relay shall be housed in suitable case with test certificate and IS/IEC compliance. Installation, Wiring & Testing: Mounting of UVR in existing LT/HT panel, termination with proper lugs/ferrules, wiring through suitable copper control cable, tightening with proper torque, functional testing of relay operation (pick-up/drop-out) and integration with breaker/tripping circuit.
