Earthwork in excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil including hard moorum, stony earth mixed with boulders (except sheet rock and boulders requiring blasting) with all leads and lifts including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from worksite with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P cess and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(excluding GST)

Filling in foundation and plinth with SAND well watered and rammed in 23.5 (9'') thick layers with all leads and lifts with cost conveyance, cess and royalities of materials and labour with T&P with cost, conveyance for the work etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge (measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only) (Excluding GST).

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm (3.2) size clean hard black broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6) thick to the required level ramming watering and curing etc. complete including cost conveyance and royalties of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required.(excluding GST)

FLY ASH BRICK (23cm x 11cm x 8cm) masonry in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing bricks for six hours in water before use in F&P using clamp burnt bricks of 9 size having a crushing strength of not less than 50 kg per sqm including splays cutting, circular moulding chamfering and corbelling, watering and curing for 7 days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost conveyance cess and royalties of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors.(excluding GST)

FLY ASH BRICK (23cm x 11cm x 8cm) masonry in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing bricks for six hours in water before use in Superstructure using clamp burnt bricks of 9 size having a crushing strength of not less than 50 kg per sqm including splays cutting, circular moulding chamfering and corbelling, watering and curing for 7 days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost conveyance cess and royalties of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors.(excluding GST)

Supplying M.S angle/channel truss to the required size as per EPM specification and approved design as directed by the officer in charge with cost of materials all cess labour T&P etc. Complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Excluding GST).

Providing fitting and fixing plain formed METASHIELD (CRILL STEEL SHEET) standard back cost coloured 0.5 nominal TCT 600mm in standard length at 300mm with supporting steps jointing materials etc. including cost of all materials, machineries, T&P etc. Metashield EPG-10 Grace special polyester colour coating of 20 micron DFT on exposed surface and 5 micron DFT on unexposed surface over 5 micron DFT of special primer on both surface on OCRCA steel of minimum yield strength 240 mpa with hot dip zinc coating moss of 120gm confirming to IS 277 etc. including cost conveyance of materials and labour with T&P required etc. complete.(excluding GST)

12mm (1/2) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to outside/inside brick walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing for 7 days with cost conveyance cess and royalties of materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete. (excluding GST)

16 mm (5/8) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside surface of 9 thick brick walls/stone masonry after racking out the joints including watering and curing for 7 days with cost conveyance cess and royalties of materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete.
