Supplying all labour and T&P for dismantling and removing RCC column & Beam including stacking of useful material for reuse and removal of debris within 50m initial lead including cost,conveyance, royalties & taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Supplying all labour for dismantling brick masonry including stacking of useful material for reuse and removal of debris within 50m initial lead including cost,conveyance,royalties & taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Supplying all labour for removal of cement plaster including racking out joints 12 mm deep and removal of debris within 50m initial lead including cost,conveyance,royalties & taxes of all labour with T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Supplying all labour T&P and materials and providing Single under reamed pile foundation with RCC M20 using 12mm size black hard granite (Crusher broken) stone chips including cost of boring but excluding cost of M.S/Tor steel and labour charges for cutting, bending and binding of steel in sandy medium black cotton soil (submerged, normal, dry) up to 300mm dia, 6.0 mtr. Depth or as required at site below the ground level using cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3) - M20 using 1/2" to 3/4" size hard black crusher broken granite chips or approved quality from approved quarry using M.S. Rod/Tor steel as reinforcing materials as required as per the drawing and design etc. including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete but excluding cost of M.S. Rod/Tor Steel and labour charges for cutting, bending, binding of reinforecement materials etc complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Earthwork in excavation in ordinary soil on foundation trenches including dressing and leveling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials with all leads and lifts T&P shoring and shuttering , dewatering if required etc complete including cost,conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supplying all labour with T&P for filling foundation and plinth with sand including watering, ramming etc comolete including cost , conveyance , royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete (measurement will be taken on finished & complete section only) as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete with (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 40 mm ( 1 ½ ‘’) size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required level laid in layers not exceeding 150 mm ( 6’’) thick including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete with M20 in using 20 mm and down graded size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lower laying concrete watering and curing etc complete including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost , conveyance of all labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.
