Taking down chowkats with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exc 1.5 Sqm each.

All as item 1 herein before but exc 1.5 sqm but not 4 Sqm each

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm and n.exc 2 sqm each.

S&F second class hard wood 35mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats

S&F 35mm thick Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet & edges will be printed to match with printed sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube, all as per specification and drawing.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strips of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and single sides prelam PVC sheet and stile & rails having one side feathered edge and on other side 10mm (90°) bent edges & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the styles & rail with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joint together with solvent cement, all as specification and drawing.

S&F Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as completed

S & F 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing not exe 0.5 sqm in each pane.

M&L 2nd class HW plain solid straight chowkhats and frames worught framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints complete
