Galvanized Solar Mini High Mast, Top A/F 100, bottom A/F 310, 3 Shaft Thickness mm, Base Plate -490(O/Dx16 Wind speed shall be considered 50m/s as per IS:875, Lantern Carriage made of 40NB GI Pipe suitable for 4 Nos. 80W Smart Integrated Solar LED Street Light & Monkey Ladder for maintenance purpose A) Material Grade of shaft shall be of S355JO/JR as per BSEN 10025 or Equivalent IS: 2062 grade E350 (BR) B) Materials grade of Base Plate shall be E250(BR)as per IS:2062 C) Galvanization as per BSEN ISO:1461 D) Supply of 6 nos. M24 x 750 "I" type foundation bolts as per EN-8 grade (TS-600) manufactured from special steel alongwith nuts,washers,Anchor plate and templates. Foundation:- Construction of RCC shallow foundation with Base footing fr erection of highmast Tower by earthwork in excavation of foundation trench approx 1.2m X 1.2m X 1.5m reinforced steel used in foundation 10 mm tor both ways as per direction of E.I.C inluding removing spoils and necessary trimming the site of trench levelling dressing and bottom after that placed jhama bricks solling and dressing bed levelling and filling joints after that distribution rods proper size strips,binder etc. and vertically MS rods 12mm dia foundation of 8 nos. and with two ways stirups 8 mm dia tor @ 150 mm c/c spacing including binding with 16 SWG black anneals wire steel shutterings and placement of not less than 5 nos. (53 mm dia X 1200 mm long) foundation bolt with ancher plate of strength and ready mix concrete of M20 grade with graded stone chips 20 mm as per IS 10262 and IS 456 (proportion 1:1:2) complete and water rigidly next 7 days considering the safe soil bearing capacity of 10T/ sqm and erection of solar mast by using of lifting equipment like hydra etc and fixing foundation bolt, anchor plate etc with necessary arrangement
