Dismantling of roof brick tiles fixed in cement mortar in single layer.

Demolition mud phuska in roofs any thickness including plastering and leeping complete all as specified and directed.

Roughing the surface of old concrete floor picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust/mud etc.and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3kg/Sqm.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding to maintain slope finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Dismantling framed work of timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Rolled mild steel Gde Fe-410-W Gde E-250 Quality-A in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins crane gantries, joist, channel, steel tube, rails & fastenings & heavy brackets framimg (Beam, tee, angle, Coulmn, Gusset Plates, channel, Hollow square/Rectangular or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats with riveted, bolted or welded attachment etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc.

Note: A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
